Leeza and Shannon, the whizbang pros at Cloud Realty, recently sold the Denton home where we'd lived for thirteen years. Over those years, we'd made a number of improvements to the house, several of which could not be easily seen (e.g., foundation stabilization, additional insulation, yard drainage system). They put together a photo array and detail sheet that highlighted the important features and qualities of our home for prospective buyers. We had offers the first day and sold the house for quite a lot more than I had imagined it would bring. It was the thoughtful and meticulous way Leeza and Shannon presented our home that set it apart from other homes on the market and led to such a remarkably rewarding sale. Leeza coached us all through the process, from cleaning and decluttering to reviewing the merits and cautionary elements of each offer. She is a skilled and knowledgeable professional, well-versed on the status and fluctuations of the real estate market. She was a perceptive and attentive advocate for us, quick to respond to our every call. And we quickly came to think of her as our friend, as well as our professional agent. If we are ever again in a position to buy or sell a home in North Texas, our first and only call will be to Leeza Morris and Cloud Realty.

Leeza and Shannon are an amazing team. They were professional and always listened to my requests, concerns and suggestions. I had a unique property that required a special buyer and took a longer time to sell. They worked hard to market my home and encouraged me along the way.
