I had an ear piercing appointment at Ulta and was running slightly late, so I called ahead to see if there was any buffer time or if I could be accommodated. Instead of providing clear guidance or support, I was placed on hold with the excuse that my call would be transferred to the manager — but nothing happened. I had to call back multiple times just to speak with someone in charge, only to be met with vague responses and no apology.
The lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff at this location was truly disappointing. I’ve been a loyal Ulta customer for over 4 years, and this experience completely changed my perception. To be let down not once, but three times in a single day despite trying to be patient, is unacceptable. I no longer feel valued as a customer — especially as a credit member — and I genuinely regret trusting this location with my time and loyalty.

Love getting ny brows done here by erica, but tn had to make a quick return and didnt realize they closed at 8. Got there at 7:59 and was still treated very kindly! Jordan was a sweetheart and got the line ahead of me out quick. I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I feel welcome every time I walk in the door. This store has the friendliest, most helpful staff. They seem genuinely happy to be there and if I need something, it’s easy to locate someone to assist and they are eager to do so. With a smile even. Kudos to them all and the management as well.

If I could give this Ulta 0 stars, I would. AWFUL Costumer service. Please avoid this location on Loop 288. Go to the w university location if you want to go to an Ulta in Denton.

This Ulta Do Not trust black women ask to see multiple types of travel size perfume and was denied! I guess store want me to buy full price perfume I had a bad experience! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!

So glad I decided to swing by Ulta today. Jordan found exactly what I was looking for and assisted me in using the Ulta App. I then discovered I had quite a large credit of points from previous purchases-yay! Thanks for a great shopping experience.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE. Kat helped me find everything I needed and showed me how to apply too. I was so excited because she was the nicest person I had ever dealt with at a Ulta and her attitude throughout the time I was there was amazing. Super helpful.

I went to get my roots touched up it was past 6 to 8 weeks hair salons went up on prices I cannot color my own hair on Thursday the stylist get a great job loved my haircut and color will be back for the the next 6 to 8 weeks!

Stopped in yesterday for some last minute help on a full face look. Luckily Marisol was able to get me in! She did a fantastic job and I got so many compliments. She was also very sweet and professional.
