I been in this store where a guy told me, I have to buy a box if I need to resend an Amazon package....they are trying to take money from the costumer any ways.....and I went to another UPS store and they took that package without to buy a box. When I ask why ....they said the other stor is trying to make extra money.......be careful with this people.

So rude. Lady wearing the mask working the desk so so rude to the clients. No information, matter of fact, and rude. The gentle working was trying to make up for her, but she was dominating him also. Train your staff to be kind. .

Google says they close at 6 but when I drove all the way to the store they had closed at 3… also said the company confirmed it 5 weeks ago… seriously pissed me off…. Get the times fixed I definitely could have not waisted my gas and time

Consistently rude, condescending, unhelpful with simple questions. The young lady that wears a mask every time I come in can’t understand that the words “county road” are a part of an address followed by a road number. I’ll drive to another location to avoid this person just because there’s zero customer service skills.

So, rule of thumb, don't tell a customer it's slow, and to take their time with one breath, and with the next try and pretend you're swamped when asked for a service. Its slimy, and stinks of deceit. I have worked in shipping, and the workload of three boxes does not take hours as I was told. I no longer trust UPS to handle my shipping needs, as this is not the first time my patronage has been mishandled.

BAD COMPANY POLICY. If you ever have the rare prepaid label that doesn't come with a code, your options are to either 1) return home and print off the label or 2) pay the store's $3/hour computer use fee (even though I never used their computer). I now have a negative feeling about UPS. Hope it was worth the $3 that you made off me.

The older man working there with the white beard i didn’t like his attitude and condescending tone like i wouldn’t be able to pay to afford 5 dollars to print a label or something.
