I applied online for a job here as a Seasonal Support Driver or what the manager called PVD. I went through the entire application process and was able to schedule an orientation date to which myself and others who were there found out that orientation was done all online. We were all given a number to text for the orientation link but as the day went on, I never received it. Hours later I get an email stating my application wasn’t accepted to move forward which I find odd being that I was able to schedule an orientation date. I went back to the center to speak with someone but the manager that was there that morning wasn’t there at that time so I texted the number that was given as the “orientation” to inquire about the situation and was told that they’d get back with me with answers after talking to whomever. Today comes and I still have not heard back. I don’t understand how I was able to complete the application and schedule an orientation date but then have my application denied. I was expecting to start work Wednesday which is the start day the manager mentioned for the position I applied for. Not only that, i tried applying for the same position in a different location and am unable to. It’s really odd to me and I would appreciate if I could get some kind of explanation.

I have tried to talk to a person in Denton but cannot be connected. The MyChoice system is down and my packages are about to be sent back to the sender because they tried to deliver them 5 hours ahead of the estimated delivery window.

And now they drop empty packages (contents missing) that were supposed to get a signature.Package delivered to the wrong street. Thankfully that resident contacted me the next day.

I can see why they only have a 2.8 rating, yesterday I had a delivery made from UPS and today from the same shipper UPS says the address is undeliverable. I get deliveries from Amazon and FedEx with no problems. Just UPS is this way. I am a retired UPS employee.

I worked here as a Seasonal Personal Delivery Driver. The people were friendly. The management was incredibly flexible in respect to days off, personal needs and routes. Extra hours were often available if we wanted it. I would recommend anyone who wants a good seasonal job. Next year, I'm sure to be rocking my brown beanie.

Called customer service and they don't even have the number listed for this center. They damaged my package and we don't have time to wait 5-8 business days for a resolution, absurd.

This is the second time I have had an issue with UPS in Denton. I must say the first issue was resolved after I had to go to this location to track my package down because the driver did not come to my address. I got a notification over the weekend about my address, I double checked my profile on the shippers site and it’s correct with my unit number. My info is also correct on the UPS site. TODAY a package was out for delivery in Denton, TX and low and behold there is an exception due to weather conditions at 9pm. If you don’t want to or can’t deliver a package late just say that. The weather conditions are crystal clear. Now my package is to be delivered tomorrow. Oh just got an update at 9:44 pm that the delay was due to an emergency situation/ severe weather delay. Screenshots are golden at this point. This has got to be a joke.

Brent Baker is a driver for UPS and drove past my house saying rude comments with a bad attitude about an elderly neighbor and me blocking the street. I asked him what the problem was and he charged at me to where I had to push him back to defend myself. I get it, sometimes people get stressed but now he thinks it's funny marking all my packages as pick up requested by recipient and are only held for 5 days without any notice given to me about it. The quality of people working here is poor with no management.
