Rude female staff on two separate occasions. Idk what’s wrong with these people. The first time, a lady worker told me I’d have to pay $5 to print a page and that I’d need to forward it to her email to get it printed…her personal email. Yeah, ok. Sketch.

Very unprofessional location - this afternoon went in to ship back Uline trash cans with a paid label although unaware it needed a box due to size plus it did not arrive in a box, the first guy tells me unfortunately you will need a box - that was normal reply I had no issue - then another guy chimed in before he could officially assist me saying sarcastic things like you will need a box look at all the other packages in the back of me boxed up - I replied “well I’m confused do you not have box that will fit it” then he says well yes rudely but you have to pay for it - implying as if I couldn’t pay for a box. I told him he didn’t have to be rude about it and he says he wasn’t being rude. The correct way to address this situation which would have been preferred was to offer a box that would fit the shipping just like any other shipping company - I left without shipping anything - this place needs a manager and I hope he wasn’t one. Will not be using this location let alone UPS anymore. FedEx all day! P.S. you have 1 star because I had to select a star. Service was horrible. #FedEx

Rudest customer service ever. Went into the store with quite a few Amazon returns and they stated must package inside of another box at $10 min per box. All returns were inside original packaging and typically ship back like that, never have had to package inside of another box. Guy wanted to argue about every single package. Won’t be back for sure and will go to other locations even if out of the way. Should have checked the tons of 1 stars before visiting - just thought be easier cause was closer.

Take a minute and look at all the reviews for this store. Everyone seems to have a dad experience at this location. After visiting this location for a return, I had a very similar experience. The staff at this store are extremely rude. This horrible customer service seems have gone on for sometime and nothing has been done to improve it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business at this location.

I had several items to return back to Amazon. The African American behind the counter had an attitude from the moment we walked up to the counter with our returns. He didn’t speak to me the entire time. He was very unhappy the entire time. The entire staff is rude and shouldn’t be working with the public. He took my returns and throw them on the ground and handed me my receipt without a word. We will never use this location again and advise others not too. This has happened multiple times with the same staff. We called to speak with the manager and was told they didn’t know when he would be in this week.

Ulysses, the manager, made my experience at this store terrible. I dropped off three returns with another associate who was pleasant and professional. I was unsure that one had been processed and went back in to ask about it. Ulysses was rude from the moment I asked and wasn’t listening to my question or responses to him. He was condescending and dismissive when I asked kindly why one of my returns didn’t show that it had been dropped off. When I went to get my receipt after he rudely assumed I hadn’t taken it, he followed me outside. After looking at it, he said he did see an issue, scanned it and said I had not returned the item several times in a very condescending tone. When I insisted I had just left it minutes ago, he searched the back in a rant, found it, and then lectured me about why I should have known it was returned on my receipt, even though HE had just said that receipt showed it wasn’t returned. I said he was being rude as I left, and he followed me outside again. He said that there are cameras inside and that a lady had rolled her eyes at me????? This was one of the strangest and most unprofessional visits I’ve had with any business. I will avoid this manager at all costs IF I come here again. Other employees have always been helpful and pleasant.

Lady behind the counter was very rude and told me if I use the ups store I have to have it packaged to return to Temu. The one in Lewisville has never told me this. I had to buy a bubble mailer and as I was leaving she was snide and said I guess I will pack it then. Am I to assume that because you work in a packing place you never have to pack stuff up for people? Maybe if you weren't so rude then I would have done it.

I’m new to the area and have used this location a few times; the most recent being to return amazon items. While there was a bit of wait (it’s was 5 pm), i was able to get my items to the counter and tagged. The tall man who helped me was professional, and when another customer approached him for questions as i was making my exit, he offered me a receipt. I declined thinking i’d be getting an amazon notification shortly (bc i saw him scan the items). Fast forward 2 days, i still haven’t heard from amazon. I grew a little concerned as one of the items is pricier. i called the UPS store and spoke with Ulysses, who i found to be pleasant and attentive to the issue i was explaining. Thankfully, i had the QR codes still, so he asked me to email them to him, and he’d try to find the scans/transactions in the reconciliation. I sent over the QR codes at 1:20 pm and by 6 pm Ulysses was calling me to let me know he found the drop-off summary. He could’ve emailed the summary back to me without much interaction and gone about closing the store for the day; but instead he called me to explain what i was going to be receiving by email and the information to look out for in case i have issues with Amazon (bc the item tracking # doesn’t usually match the bulk-shipment’s tracking #). Again, he was super professional and pleasant to interact with. He went above and beyond on account of MY error- not accepting the initial drop off receipt. I never demanded or expected resolution but instead simply ASKED if there was anything that could be done (i used to work CS- that’s 101). I’ll continue to use this location, as i haven’t had any negative experiences.

This store location took my Amazon return item and now magically it cant be located or found. We have multiple IDs from Amazon showing the return authorization. These numbers and IDS have returned no results. This has been going on now for over 2 months and we just keep getting the run around . The manager is extremely rude and Condescending. Judging by the other review on Google I can see I'm not the only one dealing with lost items from this store. Starting to think this location is a SCAM. This item I have is very high value. WE have the exact date and time the item was dropped off and still have no help. Do not go to this store unless you want your items stolen

Let’s start with the situation I came into get something notarized. I mistakingly signed the paperwork and when I got to the counter was quickly dismissed by the employee Veronica who came across as cold and unhelpful. Extremely unprofessional for someone in a customer service role. So I attempted to correct my error. On my second attempt to get my paper notarized this time with the store manager Uliysis he kept hid behind company policy instead of providing solutions. After a failed attempt at making a first copy because the machine was out of paper the store manager then said while making me a copy I was suggesting that maybe notory information be displayed as this isn’t common knowledge. Uliysis said if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else. Found this behavior from both the manager and the employee as unprofessional. Yes I was frustrated but I was never rude or aggressive.

Worst customer service ever. I can see why your rating is only two stars. Very immature and disrespectful staff. Most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. Manager was rude and disrespectful as was the employee Anthony. Please do something about the staff in the store. This type of behavior as lead me to take my business elsewhere.

People working here are so lazy, rude and don’t care about customer service. Was doing an Amazon return and her first acknowledgment of me wasn’t “hi can I help you’ - it was ‘why isn’t this wrapped up better - you’re going to have to pay for us to wrap that’. Shorter/chubby lady with glasses working Monday morning needs to be fired. The packaging and wrapping I returned it in was same as delivered to me by Amazon. Again, rude and no customer service. I’ll never use this location again.

Both of the staff members were helpful and cordial. I came in a minute before closing, and they didn't treat me as if I had broken the law.

Ulysses is the most rude, demeaning, disrespectful, abrasive employee I have ever encountered. Not only was his voice raised the entire conversation, he was argumentative and extremely belittling. I have read other reviews, and his behavior, lack of professionalism and customer service seems to be an ongoing issue at this location. He should not be in a management role, much less the voice of any storefront. I will be vocalizing this complaint to corporate as well. I hope the owner records phone conversations. This location will never receive my business. We paid for overnight delivery, which is supposed to be guaranteed. He flat out lied about the reason for the overnight delivery being delayed an entire day. The label was created late, per the tracking information, which he insinuated I was an idiot for not checking.
