Matt and his team are AMAZING! I came to Upstate Physical Therapy not expecting to have much relief. I was so used to living with pain, that I couldn’t imagine anything different. Matt really listens and does everything to make sure my pain in manageable. I can with a pain level of a constant 9-10 and now I have days with NO pain at all! Highly recommend Upstate Physical Therapy for all your pain management, stretches and manual massages!

This is my first time doing physical therapy and I couldn’t be more happy that I chose Upstate! The staff is very friendly and professional. Viet Ho has been my physical therapist and is absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable! They created a therapy regime for me and every visit my ankle is stronger and shows great improvement. Highly recommend this facility!

After having disc replacement surgery in my neck, I was referred to Upstate Physical Therapy. I have been to many physical therapy facilities and this is the first one that really truly cares for their patients/clients. Thank you for helping me get stronger every week! Upstate Physical Therapy is the best of the best!

Viet is awesome! Everyone there is friendly and upbeat. They are taking great care of my needs. Another client recommended them to me and he was so right! I feel better already. I wish I had known about this place months ago. Oh well, I’m there now!??♀️

Viet is great! Everyone at this clinic are very friendly and they all know what they’re doing. They adjust exercises to fit my capabilities. Other Physical Therapists in the past stuck to their own routine, not taking into consideration what the patient could do. No wonder most folks give up on PT so fast, or don’t even go in the first place.When I first came to the clinic, I could not raise my arm up to my shoulder and I was in excruciating pain. Now, I’m almost pain free and I can raise my hand high in the sky! Thanks to everyone at Upstate PT. I so appreciate what you’ve helped me to achieve.

I have been coming to Upstate Physical Therapy 3 times a week for the past couple of weeks. I must say I can definitely feel a difference in my back, which gives me hope of a full recovery. The staff here are all friendly and courteous. Its a small facility which is good in my eyes because you become personable with the staff. I'd definitely recommend Upstate for your PT needs.

Upstate is a small physical therapy office. They have great physical therapists that are very knowledgeable. I am giving them 4 stars because they are limited on the services that they can provide due to lacking certain equipment. They need more equipment for the therapy of the foot, such as mock stairs and a treadmill to stimulate that real life obstacle. The receptionist is also very friendly and nice.
