Before just trying to replace the whole thing he told me he first wanted to test smaller items first and then go from there. I ended up needing to replace the whole thing but his prices were significantly less than other places that I had called. I took my husbands and sons car back to him for repairs as well. He communicated with me about the process the whole time and I never felt he was trying to do something that didn't need to be done. I will continue to use Hugo for my auto repair needs.”
