It’s an oil change, not rocket science. Would think a place with a description of “Oil Change Service” according to Google would know how to do oil changes.
A day after getting my oil changed at Valvoline, there was a puddle of oil under my car on my driveway. When I took it back to look into it, the front desk did not apologize nor acknowledge that they did something incorrect. They discovered the plug had been over torqued (by their own mechanics) which I’m assuming caused a compromised seal. After their mistake was fixed, the front desk and mechanic were again irritable to be interfacing with me. Should have just done it right the first time.
Wouldn’t recommend. If they can’t do an oil change properly, who knows what else they’re cutting corners on.

Absolutely the worst service shop I’ve ever been to they never lubricated my driveline which caused me to have to replace it due to poor maintenance, they alignment tech doesn’t know how to align a vehicle at all

False advertising Not Express Oil change i was told to park and check in.Today i wasn't having it since I had a tight schedule and they weren't even busy,The guy that told me to park did not look happy at all.So I just left and went elsewhere.Thanks but No thanks.

Came in for state inspection. Asked if they needed access to my OBD port for the inspection, they said yes. So I asked for my keys back so I can go unplug what I have plugged into my port(just in case the off chance they break my cord) he refused to give me my key at first, so I told them if they break my cord I will sue for damages just as a friendly warning because they said they would take care of unplugging it while I would rather handle it myself. Then when they finally give me my key. I just left. If you care about your vehicle, don't come here. Lady at front was incredibly nice. Short 40's bearded white meth head looking dude will never touch my car and could use a customer service training.
