UPDATED REVIEW: this place quickly went from 1 star to 5 stars.
I had moved away and when I originally was using this location there were some major issues. Plenty of overpriced items that were broken after opening, wasted money and employees who couldn’t care less. This morning (6/16) I went back for the first time since moving away. The young employee today was a ABSOLUTE SWEETHEART and the products were all new, I even strayed away from my usual vape to a brand new model with disposable pods. They definitely had a change in management or something. The store was neat and organized and the staff was so kind and chill!

First of all seems to me the old manager is trying to ruin someone’s business that she used proudly brag about ...by posting pictures she took while she worked there saying the products are expired seems to me that is on her for not removing said products if she was taking pics of them while she still manager cause once she was fired she couldn’t go back in store to take pics that means pics were takin while she was still manager ...and this may be why she was fired sadly I however do like this store and their prices and products in which old manager also sold some of the products there to me with pride ...every store is gonna have some problems but I think under new management it is already doing better and people are getting trained now where as before if old manager wasn’t there no one knew anything about the products other than her...I will still be a customer until given a better reason not to ....being mad for getting canned somewhere is fine but taking to social media ruining the experience for everyone or having your friends write awful reviews cause you’re mad is inappropriate and not a good reason to ruin the experience for everyone else ....the new employees and manager are already showing more pride in their store trying to get it back in order and making it a better experience than before and the store looks much cleaner now also ....don’t listen to pettiness go in and see for yourself you might be surprised the people there are very friendly and professional and prices are very good for a vape store as are the products let’s support our local businesses else they don’t stay open for us to enjoy

Had a great experience here recently, especially thanks to Kelsey. The new waiver process was quick (about 30 seconds), and everything else about my visit exceeded expectations! 👍
Kelsey made it easy to explore products I might’ve skipped over, and I walked out with a couple hundred dollars worth of things I’m genuinely excited about. Great energy, great service :)

Employees are great and super friendly and knowledgeable! For people who are leaving negative reviews about the “paperwork” for products— you live in Texas… therefor you have to have waiver signed due to certain laws here so it’s not “sketchy” paperwork it’s a WAIVER to make sure customer improper use doesn’t affect them since they are selling it. The waiver is not an every visit thing you sign it once (takes maybe 1 min) then they record it on your account so your not doing this process more than once. This shop holds by far the best pricing anywhere close to here also. They also have signs everywhere letting customers know once you LEAVE you cannot return—if that’s a problem for you then test it before you leave the store and they’re happy to fix any issues. Being from Seattle this shop is our go to shop here !

This is really a dope shop, The staff always has good vibes and make you feel comfortable. Everyone that works there is really cool, knowledgeable and helpful. The manger is a really nice guy and listens and cares what the customer want. They have a really nice selection of stuff and I don’t ever have to worry about my vape not being legit when I get it here. Jennyfer is an absolutely amazing person! She is so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. As long as she is working there this will be my vape shop.
