My voicemail had a glitch and would not accept messages for the past 6 months. I tried calling Verizon and could not get past the automated "help." I went to the Denton Verizion store on Loop 288, and Shea (a real human) patiently worked through the problem for me. He fixed the error, and I now have a working voicemail service. He didn't make me feel like an incompetent idiot either!! YAY SHEA! THANK YOU!

Alex is the salesman that took care of my necessities ! i even had him grab me the pro when I asked for the pixel 8 at first , with no discern , he turned right around and grabbed it . i appreciate his patience with me and his overall hospitality . keep doing your thing your brother ✊?

I came in Friday looking for a new phone. CJ Thomas was such a tremendous help when it came to picking and ordering my new phone. He made sure I upgraded to the best cell phone and plan to fit my needs!

Manager hid behind a wall! He originally was Nice and flipped! And was Mean! Other Employees are Very Nice!
He doesn't usually do sales. I get that! But show Respect! He is very Smart, but poor People skills unless you are a Guy!

I am doing the reps jobs for them. I came in to the store wanting to change my number from a previous carrier to Verizon. They got on the phone and then handed it to me to do the swap. I’m pretty upset. If I could get the service I need in NM I would cancel my Verizon account and go else where.

Alex was super friendly and helpful! He answered all my questions and provided quality advice that benefitted my family's electronic needs. I upgraded my old phone, and purchased a new apple watch and the process was quick and easy. Wait time was only a few short minutes and the staff was kind to my 7 year old son while we waited together. Thank you!

The wait times are attrocioand you will be back over and over ro correct the same issues. I regret switching. I will switch to att first net when these phones are paid off

We went to this store for a phone upgrade, they added services to not only my line, but other lines on the account that charged us, and later had to be removed.
