I am doing the reps jobs for them. I came in to the store wanting to change my number from a previous carrier to Verizon. They got on the phone and then handed it to me to do the swap. I’m pretty upset. If I could get the service I need in NM I would cancel my Verizon account and go else where.

Alex was super friendly and helpful! He answered all my questions and provided quality advice that benefitted my family's electronic needs. I upgraded my old phone, and purchased a new apple watch and the process was quick and easy. Wait time was only a few short minutes and the staff was kind to my 7 year old son while we waited together. Thank you!

The wait times are attrocioand you will be back over and over ro correct the same issues. I regret switching. I will switch to att first net when these phones are paid off

We went to this store for a phone upgrade, they added services to not only my line, but other lines on the account that charged us, and later had to be removed.

Verizon has drop the ball so bad and still dealing with the inconvenience of having to contact multiple representatives to resolve there mistakes. Never trusting them to do a switch over from a different cellphone provider

Verilinda turned a terrible experience into something tolerable. They need to change their check in system so that it's fair and first come/first serve. Their reservation system doesn't always log your appointment. We initially were told we had to wait for 3 people to be served before we got our chance because of the check in system. Someone was actually offered an appointment before us that walked in the door as we waited for our chance to "check in" after we'd waited about 20 minutes. Verilinda got to us in a reasonable amount of time. Nate was also GREAT!! Hate that they closed the store on University. It was reasonably busy but not overwhelmingly so like this one is, especially now.
