I went in to Visionworks during my work trip to get some much needed glasses & Christiana was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me choosing my glasses and sunglasses that best fit me! I would recommend going to this store and asking for Christiana.

No long wait, all staff pleasant, Vang very knowledgeable, and no unnecessary upgrades or testing. I also like that she explains results and make sure I understand them.

Jami helped me. She also helped me last year. She remembered me even before she looked me up in the system! She got my personality and helped me with 'I think you would like this better; I don't think that would work for you' etc. she was so kind, so personable, and made me feel like I was important and gave me her attention, even while greeting other customers as they came in the door. Mind you this was on Dec. 28th!! - Give this gal a raise! I want to see her again next year.Oh! And she was extremely knowledgeable about the insurance and how it worked. Made me feel very comfortable that I was in competent, confident hands.

The store was clean and organized. the clerk who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. She offered suggestions and was helpful. She was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining my insurance benefits. Couldn't have better unless you served me a steak and lobster dinner.
