Dropped off a leather jacket was told it would take two weeks came in exactly two weeks later was told to leave my number. Called to check on it multiple times each time I was told they would call me…They did not. Terrible service would not go here. Do not go here.

Terrible experience. Went through Vogue to have a wedding dress cleaned/preserved. The dress was returned damaged and upon calling to request a refund we were told that “this is the risk you take when you get your wedding dress preserved” no customer service and completely unacceptable way to treat Handel the situation without any sort of compensation for damages to an expensive dress. I suppose if this is the “risk” the customer takes by having this done, then a bad review on all applicable review sites outside just that of Google is the “risk” vogue has for offering these types of services in any form or fashion.
