Wont go here!!!!! Horrible pharmacy service in drive thru.!!Don't do non windows drive thru.....they helped 6 vehicles in time one on the right!!!! Use CVS next time.

Incredibly unkind. I was abruptly hung up on when I still had concerns. Staff is annoyed when patients have questions and are quick to interrupt. I understand being busy. However we are still patients looking to medical professionals.

My prescription was confirmed to be ready since this morning, but it has been 8 hours since they first said it would be ready and it still isn’t. they keep saying “it will be ready in 30 minutes” to me and other customers but it seems like no one has been able to get ahold of their medicine. there is absolutely no excuse for this, as many customers NEED their meds. this pharmacy is so lazy and unprofessional.

Crazy how the system always goes down at 1:20am. 10 minutes before the pharmacist Paula’s lunch break. Bull crap story just so she won’t work pass her lunch break. Can Walgreens management please hire someone who is willing to work up until their lunch break. Same story is getting old!! Pharmacist Paula doesn’t care if you have a family emergency. Nothing is more important than her having enough time to close the gate so she can go on her lunch break at exactly 1:29am. If you are needing assistance at the pharmacy from 1am-1:30am, expect the “the system is down” excuse, or the “your prescriptions are delayed” excuse or the “my system is not finding your insurance, come back in the morning and try again” excuse and or rude customer service by PAULA the pharmacist.

Several times over the last 20 years I have tried everything I was told to undo the combining of my account with my twins. As of today, I just blocked my account from sending me updates on my sister's prescriptions via text. Talk about HIPPA violations. Please fix this.

Every single person in the pharmacy at this location needs to be trained. Pharmacists should know how to deal with mental health people especially when you are consistently out of things.
Worst pharmacy ever.
I changed awhile back. Avoid this place. The wait is not worth the disrespect they hand out. You would think it’s their personal business! Not even worth the one star.
Had to add this because of changing to a different pharmacy got a prescription that Walgreens said lowest price $400. New pharmacy somehow got it to $4.00!
Walgreens must be related to Joe Biden!

Don't waste your time. Unorganized and unfriendly. Had surgery and still waiting for pain meds that I was told would be ready an hour ago. I'll never try this pharmacy again. It would literally kill your employees to smile. It's pathetic.

Need better trained Pharmacy Techs-more Pharmacy employees. Of the 5 x I was transferred today to find out about Rx Delivery, none were able to give information-just transferred me with the fifth being a phone that rang over 15 times! I still do not know about prescription delivery!

Absolute zero comprehension of what they're doing in the pharmacy. Belittled me when I called for a prescription, refused to help, and then hung up on me. Do not go here. CVS, Community Pharmacy, S and J, and Premium Family Pharmacy are all places that are much more helpful and accommodating than these criminals. Might wanna check where their stock of prescription medication is going while they're at it.

Worst customer service ever. Submitted my order online they said it would be ready the next day. Called to make sure the next day bc it still wasn't ready in the app. Called them said it would be ready that night. Went up there they said they had to order it and it would be 3 days before I got it. Next month same thing except I called to confirm they would have it they said they did then same thing had to wait 3 days to order it. When I asked what the deal was bc I had called the said that it happens often and the call center doesn't know exactly what they have in stock. Not to mention just getting them on the phone is a good 20 min wait minimum. And they are so rude when after everything I was so nice. If I could give negative stars I would! Changing pharmacys as soon as possible!
