Horrible experience with the pharmacist Paul B here. My daughter is over an hour away and very sick. I was attempting to get her meds filled here but he would not fill it bc I do not have a RX card. In 45 years I have never had an RX card - we have United Healthcare and I could provide that. Paul said everyone has an RX card it’s just like dental and vision - clearly he’s not be an adult long to know that’s not the case. We have no issues at Kroger providing our health insurance card. He was rude and even raised his voice over the phone and said to call corporate on him. Terrible service and manners! He was not interested in finding a solution only making and proving a point. Needs to find a new job and career - not in medical. Call Kroger and it will be ready in 30 minutes.

We dropped a disposable camera off back in January to have the film developed, and we’ve been getting the run around ever since. We checked back in February asking if the film was ready, and we were told it was barely sent out. Then again in March, April and May and each time they said there was no update. Now they’re telling us they don’t even have our order in the system and they have no idea what happened to our camera??? Insane. Sentimental photos gone forever because they didn’t even bother telling us that orders get erased from their system after 6 months and they won’t even tell us what company they use to develop film so we don’t even know how to get our camera back. Nobody has been able to tell us anything for months, I guess we’re the idiots for using Walgreens to get photos developed. Lesson learned.

Walgreens should just go out of business. It is the worst place to have a prescription filled and unfortunately the only one the VA in Denton, TX utilizes. I have been in line for 20-minutes and haven’t moved. If you can’t do better than that … STOP DOING IT!!!

Veterans don’t try to fill your prescriptions here. The pharmacist doesn’t know how to bill the VA and insists you have to have a voucher. The Walgreens on University knows how to correctly bill the VA.

Don’t attempt to use a coupon or you will be asked to leave. The shift manager, Teri, did not know how to use the register and refused to call or ask for help. Had to call customer service to have them help her. After I was told I inconvenienced her (I basically did her job) I still said thank you and to have a good evening, she assumed I was being rude and told me she was going to ‘no trespass’ me.

Doing an Uber Eats order. It was 7:43 am on a Saturday. Customer ordered a six pack of beer. Google states alcohol laws start at 7 am on Saturday Denton County. The register stayed not within hours to sell the alcohol. Manager stated there was nothing he could do at all. He did not open another register or even apologize. Instead he said the hours for Sunday in Victoria County Texas. This is Denton County Texas. No help at all. Terrible store

This is the fourth time they've delayed my prescription refill for weeks! They do not prioritize the health of their customers. I will be switching to a different pharmacy.

They don’t have a refrigerator and won’t call or notify you in any way they don’t fill insulin anymore until you’ve driven over and waited 40 min minutes in line. Then they’ll tell you another Walgreens in town can only for you to transfer it and have the other one do the same thing. Walgreens is terrible. All locations.

They take hours to fill prescriptions, do not inform you that they are out of stock on prescriptions, and just generally unpleasant to deal with.

Was a customer for over 7 years, Paul is an arrogant, rude person, and after 8 months moved all my scripts.. not to mention it takes forever and gotta constantly check before going to get your scripts. Good luck. After 7 years of thousands of dollars a month from my insurance, goodbye and good ridance.
