I really don’t understand how this Walmart has such a high rating. Nobody answers the phones and if they do it takes forever. I’ve picked up a couple of online grocery orders and that process is a joke. I get there and follow the directions and I’ll be lucky if someone answers and if they do of course it takes forever. THEN!!!! I tried calling the operator since I just have a general question and guess what?? No answer! I’ve also shopped in this store and people run away from you if you even look like you need help finding something in the store or they don’t understand English. Walmart.,,you have a lot of work to do to get this store where it should be. I’m very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

It's totally ridiculous to have to ring up your items after walking around shopping for your needs only to have to stand in line to ring up your own items...and you have to HUNT down an associate if you need help I literally picked up the phone and got on the loudspeaker to call for assistance in the electronics area and there was 6 other ppl waiting as well

I went and got some baby items today. Diapers, formula and things like that. Now that the formula is locked away we have to press the button for someone to come get the formula which I am used to now. But it takes a while for someone to come after you press the button so I was already waiting and so was another couple. When someone finally opened the case, I was not finished shopping yet so I was informed the formula would be at the front with a host and I verified and asked who the host was and she said it would be anyone working in self check out. I finished shopping then headed to check out and I almost forgot to get the formula so I went and let an associate know that I had baby formula come to the front as instructed and Presley was just who happened to be there so she was who I asked (Skinny, Blonde haired Caucasian girl maybe early 20s in case I messed her name up). She looked behind the register that was behind her and the one next to her then said “it’s not here”. Mind you, the woman that took them up to the front passed by me in the baby section after she dropped them off. The employee looked at me and said “ idk just check with customer service” and I simply said “no, I was told to get it from a host”. She looked at me as if I was completely absurd and I just said to her, “I don’t work here” which was the kind way for me to say, “please just DO YOUR JOB” and anyone that’s had a baby recently shouldn’t be doing sooo much walking around especially with the pelvic issues and hip issues that I now have. She replied to me “I don’t work….( realized she had a badge and does work here)” then walked away and went straight to the formula can and SLAMMED IT into my basket and I said Thank you and she replied “You don’t have to be rude….” I literally was never rude to her at all. At this point, I requested a manager and while I am requesting one from a different employee she is jumping into our conversation and giving me death stares and yelling that “I am lying” and walking up to me as if she wants to fight. So now we have to go to Walmart and fear for our lives or be ready to fight the employees when we need them to do their JOBS!! I’m definitely to the point where me and my friends will now be recording our entire trips to Walmart and also filming the employees directly because this is NOT okay. The manager acted as if he was going to do something by nodding and agreeing then saying he will “speak” to her. I doubt he will do anything at all. This entire Walmart is the worst one I’ve ever been to and it’s ONLY because of the employees and trash managers. If I were corporate I’d be finding all new employees at this location but I hope the current ones are ready to go viral on social media because I am sick and tired of them.

Who decided to move the grocery pick up to the automotive side? It's dangerous for your employees and customers trying to help them. It's a busy pass thru on that side with non stop traffic and narrow, no room whatsoever. Then trying to back out and leave is an entire different story. I seen 2 employees almost hit by vehicles passing thru at a high rate of speed not paying attention. The opposite side of walmart where the pick up was prior was so much better for customers and employees. I will not be getting pick up orders there again unless they move it to the previous area. Believe me, it's worth the 10 miles to hickory creek to avoid this disaster tragic accident waiting to happen.

Worst experience today with my cashier Mahnoor. Ignored me, was extremely slow and was talking to her co worker the whole time instead of checking me out.

This is quite possibly the worst Walmart I have ever been to. No one answers the phone here ever. The photo center is joke. I placed a same day order for some canvas prints. It was supposed to be ready yesterday at 5:35 p.m. It is the next day at 5:09 p.m. and no word still. When I try to call the store, NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE IN ANY DEPARTMENT. If you call the 1-800 number you get a horrible robot that tries everything to not let you speak to actual human. When you finally get through to a human, they can't really help you at all. They can't even give you the manager's name and contact information because that is Walmart's "policy." The manager at this store needs to be fired. Not answering the phone and not completing orders is not a successful way to run a business and pretty much anyone with a lick of common sense knows that. On top of all that, this store is consistently filthy dirty (bathrooms ripe with feces and unflushed toilets, paper all over the place, and dirty, dirty sinks and floors) and has a very dangerous parking lot filled with aggressive panhandlers. Of course, management does nothing about these things either. If you value your car, your safety, your health, don't shop here. If you actually want something you ordered online, don't shop here. Go to the Walmart in Highland Village, which is actually nice. This place is utter trash.
