worst walmart there is they used to have better employees i have no idea what kind of people they are hiring now a days. they closed the money center said 30 minutes been standing here for 1 hour and 15 waiting just to get an explanation of we have no staff and they are taking longer lunches and we cant control that. yet we keep seeing employees walking around ok their cellphones and and walking around with drinks in their hands talking and laughing. Seriously can we get the good employees back l.

I'm disabled and depend mostly on store scooters and parking spaces. They're mostly never available for me at Walmart.So, I depend mostly on the pickup service at Walmart. I've tried delivery, but they ALWAYS deliver at the wrong address. I lost purchases that couldn't be replaced. I refuse to give "delivery" another chance. I can't throw money away while someone else gets my groceries for free. sorry...

Multiple bad experiences at this store. Decided today I will never go back and wanted to give my feedback. The pharmacy is decent - grateful for that. Expect to wait up to an hour to get your drive up orders even when you schedule them. 90% of the time there are substitutions, delays or cancellations. You can never find anyone to assist inside, including when you have to wait for anything that’s in a locked case. Waited 30 minutes after pressing the assistance button before tracking someone down to get what I needed. I’ve seen employees get yelled at by frustrated customers and sadly it’s probably not their fault. It’s disappointing because it doesn’t have to be this way, but no one seems to care…literally.

My husband & I ALWAYS shop at this Wal-Mart. We will find another to shop since we feel so unwelcome at this one. Most employees look extremely unhappy & it sends off such a yukky (negative, heavy)feeling throughout the store. If you need something from anything behind the locked cases, good luck! I personally downloaded the app so I really didn't have to ask the employees at that store anything. I only speak to the ones I actually know.I know how hard it is to work in this environment BUT we can all be kind & smile. For all of you who continue to shop at this location, May The Odds Be Ever In Your Favor!

The worst experience ever, it took forever to replace just my front tires. I went there at 10:20 AM and my car got ready at 3:45 PM. They told me it takes one to two hours so I stayed to do shopping in Walmart then after shopping I waited forever to get my car back. Most of the time people were just walking around doing nothing and one person told me we are so busy today!!! You are busy because your people just walk around do nothing!!! I’ll never go to this place again and recommend to the other friends don’t try this auto center ever. They don’t care about people’s time. This is the worst worst worst experience ever in a tire shop.

Auto center blows. Were not busy and I needed an oil change and tire rotation I was told 4 hrs. Well 3 and a half hours later they had the oil done. I gave up and left before the tires were done. Both should have taken maybe an hr and a half. Everyone stood around talking. Girl told me they were mad because someone got fired. They need to fire some more. Now another trip to get tire work done

Didn't catch the employee's name but the elderly female working self checkout on September 22nd is extremely rude For absolutely no reason. And then accuse me of trying to steal a $6 chicken, unfortunately because how close this Walmart is I'll be back but will most definitely avoid this employee

First time I had been to this walmart. It was clean and organized. Better than most. Wasn't able to get all my items though but found something comparable. Low in stock...it happens now & then.

The auto department deserves a raise! These people are problem solvers!I arrived with a flat tire at 6:50pm on a weekday. They close at 7pm. The guy checked my tire, asked me how far home was for me and even though they had 4 cars before mine, he checked me in.They tried to fix the tire, but we ended up putting a new one that only cost me $40 ( thanks to the road hazard insurance).Before 8pm I was out the door with a new tire. That is the meaning of serving your customers! Thank you!

We went to this Walmart to go grocery shopping. It was like $5 for a box of 60 eggs. I think that's pretty cool. Also there was yarn for like $2-3. There was the state flag everywhere- very Texan.

Just went in for a money order but had the pleasure of meeting Marva at the Money Center, who was sweet as could be and gave our daughter encouraging, hopeful words on her move in day to her first apartment. Thanks Marva! God bless you for your kindness! ❤️

This Walmart is the worst one in Texas dirty, no one to work the registers employee walking around doing nothing the ones that are working are rude when you get someone to ring you up they just throw your thing in the bag. Walmart no longer cares about their customers at this Walmart on Loop 288

WORST customer experience ever put an online order for pick up I was given the option of picking up between 9-10pm. I received an alert it was going to be delayed around 8pm. Then at 10 I received an alert it was ready. We go there and they say the pick up is closed and they don’t even have our order but the app has my order not only In ready status but the correct address and fully paid. He said the pick up area is closed and reschedule our pick up for tomorrow. We did and came home and see the store is still open another 30 mins. I called the store for 30 mins straight to reach some type of management no answer. I then receive another email from the Walmart pick up area at 10:35pm saying my order is ready and I now have 30mins to pick up my order. I will not only call the manager tomorrow but corporate and the BBB. This is unacceptable, poor customer service and poor management. That order was placed at 4:46pm I have all the screen shots, emails and times. Who ever was on staff this evening clearly didn’t want to do their job and with all the alerts and miscommunication emails seems like they are trying to make it look like we just didn’t pick up our order. I will never use this service nor shop at this location again.

The last time I went to Walmart I was looking for something specific and I couldn't find it anywhere. A manager named Ontario helped me find exactly what I needed!! He went above and beyond helping me find the item. We/he spent about 15 minutes looking and he even climbed a step ladder and found it way back mixed in with a ton of overstock product. It was so nice of him and his customer service was top notch! He didn't have to do this because I said I would go somewhere else and not to worry about it but he kept looking for the item and found it! It wasn't even a high dollar item so for him to spend that much time looking for an eleven dollar item amazed me!! Ontario thank you!!
