Been a Wells customer since 2004. A couple years ago I came here due to the terrible service of the Wells Fargo Corinth location and haven't looked back. East to get to, courteous, fast and pleasant tellers every time I've come here. The swisher road construction has made it a bit of a pain recently but now that's done and there's no reason to go to the Corinth location and deal with those pompous, unpleasant tyrants. This seems to be a well run, customer friendly location

Walked in at 915am to open an account. We were the only ones there. The personal banker refused to help us saying she was booked & we would need an appointment. Keep in mind she wasn't helping anyone b/c no one was there. That's cool, we literally just went to another bank!!

They have safe deposit boxes, they are pretty expensive and you have a really hard time getting to it. They want minimum staff and absolutely no customer service. I will call instead of going in again. I need to empty the box and close the account.

Went to this bank at 5009 Teasley Lane on Wednesday of this week at 1pm and they were closed! No explanation, just closed! Will likely find another bank that appreciates my business enough to remain open during normal business hours!!

Went inside the bank to have my address changed and to order a new debt card. First question I was ask (actually no less than 5 times because the teller was so soft spoken) "do u have the Wells Fargo app". So I ask "do you no longer offer customer service"? If I had wanted to use the app I would have done so before driving to the bank, parking my car, and walking inside. Long story short I could not accomplish what I walked in the bank to handle because the wi-fi would not allow me to open the app to verify what I suppose was being done on the other side of the window. I asked who the mgr was and to my surprise it was the boy standing there the whole time! Worst service I have rec'd in any state using Wells Fargo!

Great service from Joseph Julian setting up my profile. He definitely redeemed & made up for being refused service from the only banker which was a female in the Corinth location.

This location is physically convenient, but the trips here aren't usually convenient. This is located in the very busy Kroger parking lot on Hickory and Teasley. Traffic getting in and out of the actual bank can be a bit of a pain, but the shopping center itself is fairly easy to access. It just depends on how popular the parking lot is that day. It is set forward like the gas pumps and other bank, to minimize overlap with Krogers traffic. When I need to use the drive thru or call, the staff is always extremely friendly, but they are usually pretty slow. This seems to be the same whether one or two tellers is working. When I need to use the ATM, I am always baffled that there is only 1 ATM lane to the 5 drive thru lanes and unless I come by really early in the morning, there is usually at least a couple of cars in front of me. This ATM doesn't seem as well maintained as some of the others. It sticks and whirs a lot and I always worry that my card has been eaten. They used to have stamps at this location all the time but any time I've tried in the past few months, they do not. It also takes a while for it to process a deposit. Once the ATM told me it was out of money but I got charged anyway. I called and the staff was really helpful and everything worked out in the end. I just don't feel it's that reliable and I am now hyper aware of the machine being slow and loud. This location will work in a pinch, but there are other locations with better ATMs and more efficient staff in the area for my own preference.

The bankers and tellers are awesom. Every time I have visted the bank they treat me respectfully and professionally leaving me smiling. Glad my finances are handled by this banking system.

Due to the death of my parents I've needed a "Medallion Stamp" and this is where I have gone twice to get it. The third time he had to call and told them that I was the Executor of the estate which I'm not and never was. I said "I'm not the Executor of her estate." Now, after doing it twice, I can't get a third stamp for money that is rightfully mine because I told the truth. I was never asked before or I would have told the truth. I've tried to get a hold of Wells Fargo corporate but they don't care. So apparently they are incompetent about Medallion Stamps. Or customer service.

Excellent customers service. Tom is the Branch Manager who really cares about his customers. Jason is my personal Banker and is fantastic! The whole crew is wonderful.
