I was supposed to have an advisor call me back. And of course I never heard from him. I talked to him on a Friday he was supposed to call me on Monday and I never got a call. I'm assuming you have to be rich in order for them to want to talk to you. There was a guy at the Plano branch with more willing to help

Maria helped me deposit money from my account into someone else's account. I asked her that I prefer transfer it somehow so that it would not cost me any transaction fee, and she offered me a cashier's check. She was going to waive the fee, but I said I brought a check if that works. Long story short, she was patient and knowledgeable.

No other words than poor and ignorant staffing. This bank will not help you with financial questions or financial accounts over the phone. Do Not Waste Your Time if you are wanting an investment bank.

I was lucky to be assisted by Rodney this morning. He had a wealth of knowledge and was more than willing to share and help provide me with any and all information to make the decisions that worked best for me. He was not only an absolute professional but also incredibly kind.

If you are a person of color stay away.
I have never encountered such disrespect from someone behind the counter.
They act like you are a burden on them and proceed to make racist remarks.
They will make you wait upwards of
10 minutes while they gossip about UNT students with accent ( apparently their money is
NOT good enough)
Overall a disgrace to Well’s Fargo banking institutions.

Micro management. Well it's not an effective way of getting a positive response from customers, nor respect from peers. Was in there cashing a customers check like I always do if near the area. A new teller politely told me there could be a fee. I get it other businesses have gotten cheaper. But let the new employee learn and adapt. I don't need the trainer or head teller to chime in and try to sign me up. Annoying and sorry but I didn't care to see you trying to steal the spotlight from your replacements. I'll just go to a different branch due to micromanaging,I don't put up with it.

We have always received good service at this location. We’ve been a customer for 22 years. I can only remember one time that I was spoken to inappropriately at a teller window but the manager spoke to me on my way out and I related the response I got and she assured me she would speak with that teller. Every other time I have received change orders with no issue, added a daughter to our account, and even changed the type of account after our house was paid off—all with no problems. Lines inside where I always do my banking business have moved along as expected.
