I showed up at the car wash 15 minutes before my appointment. No one was there. I waited until around 12:25 to call to make sure I was at the right location, no answer. (My appt was at 12:30pm). I called again around 12:45p. Still no answer. I texted the number listed on their website- I can see it’s an iPhone, still no answer. I left at 1:05pm. I sent them a final text- to please refund me my money because they already charged me for the service I did not get. I just wish they would have communicated with me to save my time.

I’ve been here several times and the work is always excellent. I’m picky and the attention to detail is appreciated. I’ve only needed regular washes and normal interior cleaning, so when need a full detail is needed, I’ll look to them once again.

My car looks brand new-no sign of past spills or stains. Also got the headlight restoration, didn’t realize how badly I needed that! Staff was so friendly as well. Will recommend to everyone I know!
