The manager was rude and unprofessional

They tried to deny me and my service animal access to the food breakfast area the lady was completely rude about it I told her he’s my service animal he’s not a pet and I pointed to his patches on his vest she kept going so I asked to speak with the supervisor. She got me her then the supervisor was a lil on the verbal rude side stared at a sheet of paper for about a minute then asked dose he have fleas or ticks …. “No” then she said “just keep him next to you” 🤣
The rooms were great comfy and super clean nice smelling

Decent breakfast with an amazing coffee machine.
I wasn't convinced about the scenery outside of my window.

Well lit parking lot. I traveled alone and needed handicap parking. I was able to get right by the entry and felt very safe.

This location has ensured I will never stay at another best Western. I paid $1,033 for 1 week and had to fight for basic room amenities. My TV was broken from Monday when I arrived, until Friday evening. I told them I was going to be staying for 6-8 weeks when I arrived. Then they tell me I have to leave for 2 days mid week since they booked out my room in advance. This hotel is ran by people who have no clue what they are doing and they over charge since they have no competition in town. Drive an extra 20 minutes and stay somewhere else.
