You need to change your store hours
Since y'all don't want to abide by your
Open 24 hours rule cashier always locks up at 12am no matter what and will not allow anyone to purchase any items from inside the store plus shuts off gas pumps at said time as well

This place is closed at 141 am with no customers also at 12am also after 12am they close till 3am or whenever alot of customers come while I was typing this review a doordash driver pulled up and was trying to get the order and the clerk inside was sleeping 😴 💤 😀 🙄 this store is the worst in customer service and operating hrs

The worst 711 in desoto! The overnight guy locks the doors at night, makes you stand their outside even though they are supposed to be open, then once he sees you outside, he will continue to ignore you!

The guy that is on night shift is rude and just for his race the Young Iraqi I went to purchase some beer it was 11:45 p.m he said he couldn't sell after 12 literally he didn't know it's not 12:00 yet and he still didn't sell the merchandise sad business

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BUSINESS. !!!!!!!!! BEWARE ROACHES ON THE PREPARED FOOD (HOTDOGS, PIZZA, ETC. 🤮) !!!!!!!!!!!

BETWEEN THE LACK OF UNDERSTANDING AND SPEAKING ENGLISH CLEARLY, THESE HOOD WORKERS GET VERY DISRESPECTFUL FOR NO REASON!!!!! VERY INCOMPETENT, REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR RECEIPT. I WOULDNT STOP HERE TO PICK UP A SNACK OR ANYTHING..I ACTUALLY WOULDNT EVEN PUSH MY CAR IN THIS GAS STATION TO GET GAS IF MY CAR WENT ON ‘E’ IN THE RIGHT HAND LANE OF POLK AND BELTLINE. ID RATHER IT STAY IN THE STREET!

The guy Daniel I believe in his name says he's the store manager, he is prejudice ,rude, and not a nice person... I have been in there many times and purchased the same thing... But when he is there today he up charge me on a price that I normally pay, he said they were all charging me wrong... No he just wanted to upcharge me because I was white, so I guess three different people that I have made this purchase from at this location are wrong... Get the hell out of here with the shenanigans... He is just prejudice toward white people and is trying to upcharge them... He don't have to worry about it because I will never come to this location again... He has never helped me before, or I am sure I would have gave this location a 1️⃣⭐a long time ago... Thank you for ruining a good customers view about your location... And if you are truly a manager, rest assured you will lose plenty more business... To everyone else y'all have been great, but because of that person I will no longer return their, and I will tell everybody about my experience....

Why does this particular store close after midnight? The guy literally watches people walk to the door to tell them to turn around because the store is closed. If that’s the case why does it have 24hours on the webpage? Just for courtesy reasons please update the store hours if this building can’t be 24hours. It’s a waste of time pulling up to this convenience store expecting it to be open when it’s not. And I’ve also been here before where this same guy has unlocked the door and opened it for me so, this definitely make me feel that he locks and unlock the door to his own discretion by not adhering to store/company hours.

Rudeness, don't understand English, not even trying too, how does 7/11 hires workers that can understand English, and starting to look like that at a lot 7/11 just go to QT 2 minutes down the street. You be blessed
