don't get scammed by these employees. offering promotions for a "free" watch then end up charging you on your bill.

Great ppl skills so helpful. Turner is so informative and very useful for all concerns. The manager checks in to assure service is good that made life even better cause I'm very difficult. But we didn't need him cause Turner was on point ask for him if you come to this location.

I went to this location to switch my service to FirstNet to lower my bill. I was told by Turner that there was a FREE watch promotion going on, and that I would ONLY have to pay the sales tax for the watch and monthly insurance if I chose to. I asked Turner multiple times if I had anything to worry about regarding extra fees/charges in reference to the watch. Turner assured me "no" each time. Turner brought up changing my number early in the conversation. He stated "Ima be real, if you change your number, I get paid." I wasn't interested nor did I come in the store for that but this revealed to me what his priority was. Once I agreed to get the watch he stated "We good, since you got the watch, I get paid." Turns out there were many extra charges and fees (one time and reoccurring) that if I were made aware of at the time of the sale, I would not have gotten the watch. I went back to the store today and was informed that my bill would be the same as before and possibly higher which defeated the entire purpose of my original visit. When I spoke to Turner directly today, his advice was "Just pay the watch off." I asked to speak to a manager and he said there was nothing anyone could do in an attempt to block my contact with the manager. After asserting my desire to speak to a manager multiple times, Turner finally got the manager. Lynell was nice, understanding, and super helpful. Andrew was as well. Thank you! It's clear Turner was more concerned with getting bonuses on his paycheck rather than giving honest, genuine, and good customer service. Turner, I'm super disappointed in your service and lack of transparency. What you did was wrong, plain and simple. Definitely wont be returning to this location.

Go see Priscilla ! She made the in-store experience very comfortable and efficient. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and funny too! Will continue to ask for her when I go back.

I am a teacher who was in desperate need of a new phone carrier and better internet. I came in and Turner was my saving grace! He made sure I had everything that I needed and was very patient with me. Definitely a memorable experience and I will ONLY come to this location for any business that I need to take care of with my account.

Turner and Miya were a huge help in getting my mom's phone upgraded. Turner was personable and offered customer service above and beyond our expectations. He took the time to check inventory when I called prior to going to the store and even made sure we were taken care of upon arrival. Miya was very knowledgeable and very patient as we asked questions. We tend to do our upgrades online with shipping, but had to go in-store this time as my mom needed a phone immediately. They made our in-store experience a great one!
