“I recently worked with my insurance agent regarding changes to my policy, specifically around the breakdown at each renewal. While the process took some time to fully research and understand, I appreciate that Jarvis remained patient and maintained a positive outlook throughout.
He consistently provided documentation and made an effort to explain the details as clearly as possible. Although I still have some concerns and don’t fully agree with all of the explanations provided, I recognize that he was trying to be thorough and transparent in his approach.
In the end, we had to agree to disagree on certain aspects, but I do value his professionalism, persistence, and willingness to assist during a somewhat frustrating situation.”
