“I gave these guys a bad review about 2 weeks ago when the paint on my brake caliper began to chip about 3 months after I had Caddy’s Customs paint it. So I left a bad review thinking that it would never get resolved and I didn’t even attempt to reach out to them. They reached out to me on my review and told me to call them. After I called them I they told me to bring my car in so they could make it right. They repainted it at no cost to me and kept me updated on the progress. The messed up part about the whole thing is that the paint didn’t chip due to poor work. After calling the place that does my tire rotations they admitted that the paint chipped while they were working on my car. I was wrong to give Caddy’s Customs a bad review and I would recommend them to anyone.”
