“Had a full service oil change on Oct. 23, 2025. Three weeks later, I'm leaking oil on my garage floor. Called National All Pro and they sent Blake out to check out the leak. Found out that whoever did my oil change did not tighten the plug. Blake tightened it with fingers, then went back to the shop to get correct tool, came back and tightened it properly plus checked to be sure oil filter was tight as well. He also made sure that I had enough oil, too. Am thankful the plug didn't fall out completely. I called National the next day, praised Blake and said that I prefer that, whoever made this mistake, he not touch my car again. I've been going to National for years and never had a problem. Will still continue to go even though this happened.”

“I’ve been going here for years and have always had a great experience. This is a family-owned shop, and you can really tell they take pride in what they do. The owners work at the shop and always seem to know most people that come in. I’ve had tires, alignment work, oil changes, fluid changes, and other general maintenance done here, and they’ve always been honest, helpful, and fair.
It’s hard to find a shop you can really trust, but this is one of those places. They do solid work, explain things clearly, and never make you feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable auto service.”

“I brought my Honda Civic in to get the brakes checked and repaired. I got a good vibe from the woman at the counter who was nice and straightforward. She quoted me a reasonable estimate for installing new brake pads and warned me that it might be more if they found damage to the rotors. We agreed that I'd drop off the car in the morning so it would be ready by the end of the next day.
I dropped off the car in the morning and they said they'd replace the brake pads or let me know if more was needed. They called a few hours later and let me know that yes, unfortunately they would need to replace the rotors too. This was bad news but the price they quoted, around $650, was still lower than I had seen people paying online.
Near the end of the day I called for an update. They let me know that there had been a slip up and my front fender had been damaged. They had quickly gone to a junkyard and found a fender to replace it.
They felt bad about the mistake and I was expecting a discount for the trouble. When I went to pay they said this one was free of charge!
So, they fixed my brakes, gave me a new fender and charged me nothing! I really respect their ethics and I will be taking my Honda back to them if I have problems in the future. Thanks Rising Sun!!”

“I was surprised how fast the oil change was performed at this establishment. The downside was that my car doors were left dirty with oil. Overall I will be returning but next time I will take paper towels to clean off any oil left behind by the technicians.”

“Allstate customer service skills and people skills are AWESOME. They were so kind and polite. I couldn't believe it. I took my first vehicle to them and they diagnose it immediately with no charge. How often can you go to a mechanic shop and get a diagnostic FREE. They told me what was wrong with my vehicle and gave me some suggestions, we'll I brought them my second vehicle and they did exactly the same thing, so know I'm getting Allstate to make the repairs on my vehicle. Mr. Stephen had mentioned we will come pick you up from work if need be. Mr. Caleb sent over the paperwork and I was approved to my surprise and he hung around after hours so I could pick up my vehicle. The over all experience was AWESOME especially in this day and time, by the way Mrs. Desire was first contact she was so respectful and pleasant. I enjoyed every bit of the experience. THANK YOU”
