“After being ignored by another express lube business nearby I drove to Mobil 1 Lube Express. An employee was in the parking lot greeting customers and within 2-3 minutes another employee was standing outside of my car asking me for my keys. I needed a state inspection and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The staff was polite and didn’t try to sell anything else ! I could not ask for anything else but quick, efficient service!”

The customer service has always been exceptional, with employees like Mike and Ashton making every visit pleasant. They've consistently provided excellent care for both my car and my wife's. However, I've noticed a recent issue with staffing shortages, leading to longer wait times for simple maintenance repairs. Repairs that used to take 1-2 hours, now may take all day. Despite this hiccup, I appreciate the overall quality of service and hope the staffing situation improves soon.”
