I got my oversea wedding dress delivery last minute and was so stress out to find a tailor/dry cleaner. However, Blue Ribbon Cleaners exceeded my expectation. I got my wedding dress fitted and they also added a delicate touch to the chest to make it stand out even more. The length of the dress made it so easy for me to move around. Two day weddings are no joke? They was also so nice to take me in last minute with a very reasonable price after hearing my story. Cant say thanks enough to the owner and staffs.
I was so happy to be done with my wedding weeks and came back to the dry cleaner. Outdoor picture in a rainy day is tough. However, all four of my dress were sparkly clean and no dirty spot to be found.
Thank you so much again to the Blue Ribbon Cleaners owner and staffs for their hard work. Will definitely come back

Horrible customer service. When I dropped off my wedding dress, they told me two things a stain would maybe not come off and around my belt would be hard to clean, but NEVER stated buttons would fall off!!! I picked up my dress and deposited $100 and owed $87 today for pickup. The lady in the front only had one button that fell off and tried to give me other ones that weren’t the same and a $5 discount. I asked to talk to the owner which was on the phone and was accusing me that my dress might have had buttons missing but DID NOT! I’VE NEVER EXPERIENCED BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS! They never apologized for even doing this! I still paid them $64!! My wedding is in 4 days and now have to find buttons that look the same and pay someone to fix it! I will make sure I post this on all their website and social media!!!

The timing the lady said was correct but I didn't like how when I showed the lady my robe and told her and she seen it still had wrinkles. She didn't do anything about it but told me to come back at a different time . But I can't just get up and come back like that. I would think for as much as I paid for my church robes to be cleaned and ironed. It would be ironed straight and not still wrinkly! I went off of the ratings and reviews and this one is a no for me . I give them three stars because the lady was helpful and the service timing was great but as far as my robes were ironed was a no go for me. I will not be returning.
