I have been with Boost mobile for over a year, and there's been some up's and down's, but one thing I can say, Hands down, out of all the other prepaid services I have used, Boost has the best customer service, TAZ I needed my number changed as well as my plan, TAZ you were GREAT in helping resolve my problems with my phone! Your so patient and kind, most people aren't friendly these days, but like I told you in the store, that you're an ANGEL! Hopefully this brings you Joy in knowing being kind goes a long way!

I was having issues with my cellphone, so I came to this location yesterday 02/09/23 after work. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by Gary and Victor. They looked at my phone and told me what the problem was. Since my phone was old and outdated, I decided to take their advice and get a new one. At no time were Gary or Victor pushy or just trying to sell me unnecessary products. They were both kind, professional and very efficient. I will most definitely be coming back to this location! Thanks Gary & Victor for your patience & guidance in assisting me.

This is the only store in desoto came twice during business hours and wasn’t open and was supposed to be open ,had sign saying will be back and never showed back up neither time …if not going to go by business hours need to change hours that’s posted
