I wish they would answer their phones. I have tried numerous times throughout the day, for two days straight, and no one will answer the phone. Very frustrating.

This branch is horrible. I have ever been to bankers are so disorganized. They schedule you an appointment you show up than they are like it was yesterday. I had to ask for the day off work to come to the appointment and I come across this. Please don’t come to this bank your experience I bet you not will be not nice. Also noticed they are very racist.

Scheduled an appointment only to show up and be told that the banker called in due to an emergency. I was not contacted to reschedule prior to scheduled appointment time, & no other banker could take full her spot. Extremely unprofessional and no respect for customer's time.

Terrible customer service. I was told by multiple specialist over the phone that I had to go into the branch to get my identity verified. This is the closest chase to my house but One of the tellers told me that they were understaffed and didn't wanna help me. She told me to go to another chase location or to call a specialist even though I told her that the specialist already told me that I had to come into the branch. She was rude, she should be willing to help her customers wether the branch is understaffed or not. Do your job or get a different one.

The associates bankers are rude at this location are rude. On their phones. Ignore you well they finish their personal conversation. No to mention the foul language being used. This Is definitely not a branch I would not come back to.

I’ve been consistently trying to call to talk about my credit card and every time they always hang up on me and recently I tried calling to Close my checking account and I was on hold for 30 minutes and then somebody came on and asked me my information again ( the 3 person ) and put me on another hold for an 30 minutes !

A representative called to tell me someone turned in my lost card and gave an hour to come get the card before closing the card. What was the point of even calling? A professional business would have called earlier or allowed more time to get the card.

Always courteous no matter what branch I visit. Their customer service is what stands out. We as people will make something seem so big. I read one review saying a young lady was smacking her gum while working the drive thru.Get out of here with that. That seems made up.

Been banking here for 16 yrs. I've had no problems. They offer a variety of services. Informative about your needs. Making an appt. in advance is usually required if you need more than depositing/withdrawing, money order or cashiers check.

I went to the drive thru service to get a cashiers check for $3800. Filled out withdrawal form and provided my ID for verification. Five minutes later she said I needed another method of identification. I gave her my ATM card. Another 15 minutes went by and I asked if there was a problem because it was taking so long. She said the system was asking for verification. I spent 30 minutes at the window. Will not return to this bank. You have two forms of identification and yet you are still trying to verify signatures and looking a previous transactions in my checking account. Do I need to have make up on and my hair done to look like I am the person with a lot of money in a checking accounts? Very disturbing!

Chase and this location is terrible. We have several business and personal accounts with chase and been coming to this branch for years, they used to have the best customer service ever before changing the team/staff about a year ago. We tried applying for the small business PPP loan during the COVID-19 pandemic and the business banker never called us back after leaving several messages and also emailing Tiffany, the branch manager. We had to go to a local bank that we didn’t even have an account with to get the job done.
