This bank is very overwhelmed and has very poor service. I set up a meeting to discuss an account and waited past the meeting time. 15 minutes later some one came out to placate everyone waiting with no check in tablet. I will be visiting a different branch in the future.

This is the worst bank I have been too for business deposits. They make you wait and serve many people while you stand in line and then after you get to the window they ask you to take a seat!! Horrible service!!!

These people are on something. With multiple forms of ID they are withholding money from customers. Without a badge, they want access to your personal and private information that is beyond the scope of their authority. I dont care about policy, I care about the Law.

As a longstanding client of Chase Bank (more than 20years) and dealing with many different people (personnel) in different branches in several states including New York this Branch in DeSoto has the most personable, accommodating friendly, hardworking pleasant personnel!!! Be sure to check this branch out !!!

I now fully understand why this branch has such ratings. The service is poor and extremely slow. I came into the branch to get information about an account product. There is no sign or any way to check in. The two people that work with accounts were helping one customer and one of them tells me to just have a seat. So I wait twenty minutes and then another person who works in accounts came in the door and spoke. Then the two and the one that just came in go to the back together. About six minutes later, they all came back out and go back to working with the one customer. I waited ten more minutes and then left and nobody said a word. 30 minutes later and I still don’t have the information I came for. Whatever happened to customer service? I will never return to this branch again.

Chase bank in Desoto has the worse banking experiences I have ever had. This is not new to this bank. I always say I am never going back. Now it is final. NEVER. Perhaps its the area and they don't think people in this area deserve better. Drive up the street to the next city and get a completely different experience and certainly don't go North to Chase Banks. You would think it is totally different companies. PITIFUL!
