I now fully understand why this branch has such ratings. The service is poor and extremely slow. I came into the branch to get information about an account product. There is no sign or any way to check in. The two people that work with accounts were helping one customer and one of them tells me to just have a seat. So I wait twenty minutes and then another person who works in accounts came in the door and spoke. Then the two and the one that just came in go to the back together. About six minutes later, they all came back out and go back to working with the one customer. I waited ten more minutes and then left and nobody said a word. 30 minutes later and I still don’t have the information I came for. Whatever happened to customer service? I will never return to this branch again.

Chase bank in Desoto has the worse banking experiences I have ever had. This is not new to this bank. I always say I am never going back. Now it is final. NEVER. Perhaps its the area and they don't think people in this area deserve better. Drive up the street to the next city and get a completely different experience and certainly don't go North to Chase Banks. You would think it is totally different companies. PITIFUL!

Dre Mitchell has been AWESOME to deal with. He is young, well dressed, polite and very professional. He is the personification of a professional banker. Chaseshould be proud to have him on their team. Dre always greets me by name. He is a breath of fresh air in a world full of rude people. I WILL ALWAYS REQUEST DRE for my business banking needs.

Waited and waited over 20 minutes?? one drive through lane business ? One! One teller!at window? not good customer service at this bank !no branch manger on property gone they said.. Chase hire more help terrible.chase you can do way better! for your customers Way better..

With everything going on. After years of banking with them I am Very displeased and am redirecting my deposits t a New bank soon I am tired of the shenanigans. The new manager at the Beltline rd Chase questioned me on a small amount if a withdrawal the other week. Funny thing is her excuse was very unprofessional and has nothing to do with bank policies. For years I have never been hassled about getting my money. I know she's New, but there's n excuse for her not knowing that it's none of your business why I need and want my money. That's Personal. We are in a Pandemic. Who isn't struggling and trying to keep afloat. The previous Manager Andrea always was professional and went out her way to help you and make your experience a good one. Chase needs to o a better screening when putting someone in a Managerial position. Especially someone who can make you lose customers who have been with Chase for years. Oh, and I seen another post of someone else who had a commercial act and was hassled. Not acceptable!

Go to another Chase where the workers actually want to be at work. They make everything difficult when it doesn't have to be. They are not knowledgeable of what chase can and cant do and they also provide false information. This location actually made me want to withdraw all my money and go risk it all with wells fargo thats how bad the service is.
