bank tellers are extremely rude. customer service department also! i have endless stories of the horrible service i’ve received here. many times i’ve went to another comerica (despite this one being 7 mins from home) just to avoid the attitudes that live in the desoto location. the service is what caused me to close my account! if i could give 0 stars i would.

I've beening banking here between 10 to 13 years. I have always enjoyed the staff especially Gina, she is truly the greatest!! She's always smiling and helpful no matter what. I never had any issues with any of the staff, and that really rare. I'm in for the ride.

Kevin is professional. Can't say the same for the other bankers. There is an older lady there that helped me and would rather be right and correct me with the right terminology instead of help. When I asked for manager Kevin by name she changed her tone which at that point asked for the manager on duty. The assistant took care of wiring the money internationally for me. This is the only negative experience which I informed the assistant manager about. Everyone else has always been polite and efficient. On another note, when did the DRIVE THRU change their hours? Used to stay open till 6pm.

Worst chain of Banks ever. Why would they close the bank before the majority of the day workers are still at work. By the time I'm out from work at 5. Bank is closed because they close at 4. They enjoy the $10. Fee they charge the (none) customers that have to cash a check with then because of the few people that still use them... I hate it when someone pays me with a COMERICA BANK CHECK. I ASK myself do the cashiers keep the $10 or the bank, because it's usually the "Chicanas" or the African American cashiers that do that. The Anglo Cashiers don't do that as much. I say "Chicano/a" because it's not the same as Latino (Chicano/s) they think they are a superior race over black and Latinos. (I'm Mexican by the way so I can say that without being racist.)

Kevin, the manager is incredibly rude every single time we have spoken with him. He has hung up on me while speaking because i didn't give him the account number knowing that if i did he wouldn't speak with me, so he refused to answer my question which was "If i deposit a check in the atm will i get a partial balance or will it be held" very simple question.. instead he chose to be very rude and ask if i was a customer, & said he wasn't gonna go back and forth with me and then hung up while i was speaking. Which i find disrespectful considering he has spoken to my fiancee without even having his account pulled up to begin with. He has no intention of doing the right thing or helping out even when another branch told us they made a bank error and he would be the only one who could fix it, he refused. While on the phone with him regarding our account and the error the bank had made, he kept reusing to help us although the other branch said it was their fault, he was asked a question about something on our account & he didn't even have it pulled up, and then tried to back track saying he had it previously pulled up.. But if he really did he would have had the answer to the simple question that was asked. I find it outrageous that he is refusing help of a loyal customer of 3 years all the while not even looking at our account information.. The account should be pulled up until the end of the phone conversation especially one regarding an issue with the account. I called and asked to have his regional managers number, and he said he would have him call us, yet didn't even ask for a number.. Never got a call. I will continue to call and ask for his manager until I speak to someone who can tell me why every other branch is so polite and understanding yet this guy feels a sense of entitlement or power over someone else's funds, it's disgusting the way he treats a LOYAL customer of 3 years.
