DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY unless you want to be lied to over and over and over again. I ended paying off my loan to be done with them because I could handle doing business with such a dishonest bank. I transferred my warranty over to them and they promised it was the same exact one that I had from previous loan. Come to find out that was lie #1. Now I have to pay $100 each time I take it in. I was NOT notified of this until I took my truck in for a repair. Next lie, I asked how much the pay off was. They advised to use the pay off calculator on their site. I even asked can I trust that this is the correct information and the assured me I could. I sent a check for that amount and come to find out they now want an additional $25 bc their pay off calculator was wrong or the person who pulled my pay off did it as of today and not the original date I requested it. I have had it with this bank! PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY.

I'm still waiting for the loan team management to call me. After one of there loan team members messed up my loan account. This is the third loan in a row. The only reason I got a second and third loan was simply because I was taken care of. The third time for consecutively messing up all of my accounts is a joke and speaks for itself. But we all understand mistakes happen. It's the way you correct it. They won't correct it. They simply told me I would receive a call from the loan manager which it has been 30 days, and I was told I would receive a call within an hr 30 days ago. I gave them 4 weeks to fulfill what they promised to do. Here we are and I'm haveing chase pick up all 3 of my loans. I have also called and told me home lender to stop wasting his time because I will not be using this bank anymore. I'm not in a bad position to where I'm stuck with this bank and neither are my friends and family. I will be spreading the word about this bank. Not only physically but also through social media.

Ms. Jones was very informative and helpful in assisting me this morning with my auto loan options as well as other financial matters. She was pleasant in her speech and very attentive as she listened to my viewpoints and prior knowledge regarding how I thought certain financial matters worked. She was transparent and intentional in her financial advise as she provided and suggested ways to navigate going forward. Absolutely terrible customer service. You cannot reach a live breathing person for at least 30 mins. Well unless you want to take a loan then they pick right up. I've had it with you and plan to move all my business elsewhere.

I was trying obtain a loan and I didn’t have a clear understanding of what I needed to do. The loan specialist took the time to explain what were the options and what was best for me. Overall, I had a great experience. The customer service was top notch.

I believe this location in DeSoto, Texas for Credit Union of Texas has the worst customer service. Being greeted with a frown shows negative mentality from the onset. I have had to come into this location 5 different times to resolve transaction disputes. The issue was clearly not taken care of. I believe the staff needs training or perhaps should find different career paths. Mia was one of the people who indicated she resolved my issue. When I went back into the bank to see why the issue had not been resolved in 2 weeks- I founded out that she had not taken care of the transaction that she said I would see posted on my account the same day. It wasn’t. I had to come back in. Aaron assisted me and took care of the issue.

I been here for over 22yrs and the customer service is great! They return your calls and messages! They also work with you when you have problems with anything and help you find the best solution for the situation! I would highly recommend Credit Union of Texas. Also people should invest in the Credit Union because of failing banks, this is the safest place for your finances?
