A huge shoutout to Rolando and Amazing for helping me get my phone service figured out after another location tried to report my brand new phone stolen and put her boyfriends info on my account that I’ve had for nearly a decade! Those 2 are truly wonderful and went above and beyond to get me in touch with who I needed to help.

I purchased a wifi hot spot and two phones my bill is 170 a month and my battery kn my wifi almost blew up and I went to the store and they was very rude and said they would not help and to leave and call cricket

My personal experience with Cricket was horrible. I was helped by a young woman with long hair that was pink. She was absolutely wonderful but she lied to me about the phone and the case I was given and I didn’t realize that until my daughter’s phone was disconnected and Cricket wasn’t going to help me. Some of my family is still with them but I switched to Verizon and will never go back because this is the second and last bad experience I’ve had with them.

Great Experince! Neely was great. She was extremely knowlegable and helpful with my phone purchase. She even set up and transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone. I higly recommend talking to Neely the next time you need a phone.
