Someone has repeatedly used my cell phone number at checkout which is linked to my CVS account and used my coupons. CVS customer service does not care and will not implement a solution to protect their customers. They said they don't have any safeguards to protect customer's accounts from being used if someone uses the phone number tied to their ExtraCare account. I explained that adding a PIN code would be an easy solution, that they should start that immediately. There is currently nothing this company is doing to protect my account from being used again, and having my credits/coupons stolen by again if someone inputs my phone number. This company should take customer account security better. I will stop shopping at CVS if they cannot protect their customer's account info and coupons from being stolen.

Horrible customer service. You stand there and they don't even acknowledge you're there. I switched to the cedar hill location because of the poor treatment and bad attitudes of the techs here, but my child's prescription was still sent here. I've used the same insurance card for over 10 years but the tech said it wasn't on file. USER ERROR. I didn't have time to switch the meds to cedar hill but I will ensure it NEVER comes to this location again. I wouldn't pick up a pack of gum from this location. That's how bad it is! I'm not even a fan of AI but I'd rather deal with a ROBOT than deal with the Humans at this store.

Kalu A. This is for you sir.
I've been to a few pharmacies but I've never been to one as confusing, unprofessional and as RUDE as this one. My boyfriend just had shoulder surgery and we were picking up a hydrocodone prescription- no big deal right? Wrong. After the insurance and DOCTOR approved the prescription- we got in line at the drive thru. As we get to the window, we hand them our second insurance card to see if it will cover the cost. The pharmacy tech said we would have to get back in line and the pharmacist would have to help us when we come back around. Okay sure thing. We wait another 15 minutes in line and when we come back up to the window- we are met with the most condescending, arrogant, judgmental and rude professional person I've EVER met. I truly was in shock. I've never been treated that badly by a professional person- let alone someone filling a prescription that a DOCTOR has already approved us to have. You would have thought we were trying to buy drugs from a back alley drug dealer. I truly felt disrespected. He was curt and raised his voice several times at us as if to scold us. It was at the very least, a very strange interaction. If you hate your job, don't take it out on people at the window. Just fill the damn prescription, because believe me, I have better things to do than stare at your miserable face.

Sunday evening I went to CVS on Beltline in DeSoto. I got there 15 mins before closing. I knew one rx was ready, the others were not. I spoke with the pharmacist David, & said I was hopeful that the other rx’s could get filled before closing. He spent a few mins on the computer, & then got to work filling them. My husband had spent the afternoon in the ER due to a kidney stone. I told David how much I appreciated his help, that we had had been to the ER, etc. He said he knew the combination of meds was for a kidney stone so he decided to get it done, as that is such excruciating pain. He was so friendly & so kind. It was 15 mins past closing by the time he was done filling them. I am so thankful for David’s kindness.
While I was there another customer came up right at 6pm. I can’t remember the young lady’s name, but she said “sir we’re closed, but what do you need?” He was there to pick up & she quickly came to the counter & helped him. I’ve had a lot of unpleasant experiences in this location, but this past Sunday evening was really very wonderful. Thank you.

I have a pick-up order so I showed up at the store at 8:20am. The hours online state they open at 8:00am. The doors are locked! It’s annoying and frustrating to have to wait until they decide to open the doors when it clearly shows they open at 8am.

New to the area and first time at this store. Customer service was good inside the pharmacy. The line moved quickly and the young woman employee working register was friendly.

My called several times to provide authorization for my prescription. Sadly no one answered the phone & needless to say I wasn't able to get my meds. With every visit they've proven that they don't care and just there to get a check. Think twice before assigning your family to this location.
