It took these people over three weeks to fill my prescription. I would never go back here again. They need to shut this place down asap. They did my wife wrong as well. Instead of filling her prescription, they chose to do vaccines. I guess this is how they like to treat people on this side of town.

Worst Experience Ever.. was told that my daughter medication was ready.. worked my 12 hour shift. Left work and went straight to the pharmacy which no where near where I live and got there.. the drive through was closed.. and so I went in .. got in line , there were 2 people ahead of me.. the pharmacist at the back yelled at me saying the lady in front of me was going to be the last person they see.. because they close at 8pm.. it was not 8 yet and she continued to yell at me as I was letting her know it was not 8 pm yet and that I been standing here for a few minutes anyway. .. after the lady in front of me was seen I kindly ask these people.. I gave drove a long way .. been at work and just trying to pick up my daughter’s medication.. I told them I received a message saying it was ready to be picked up.. when I made it to the front.. they closed the garage door in my face.. I was the last customer there.. these were the most rude thing I have ever experienced at a pharmacy.. I have never been treated so bad . They were not understanding at all and very rude. ..

I had never been to this pharmacy, but I went because my current pharmacy told me to transfer my son’s prescription to this one as they were on back order for the medication I needed. When I called I asked the lady to do it she was kind of rude and did it and hunged up on me at the end. When I got to the pharmacy there was a line and no one was assisting customers. There were three people in the back and they were just filling out the prescriptions and acting like there was no body in front of them. Until a lady asked three times the pharmasist came and started assisting us. When I got home and opened my son’s prescription, the bottle is filled hlaf way only as shown in the picture. It is supposed to be for 30 days, but this is not going to last him that long. When I was told to go there, they told me that is the only pharmacy around the area to fill it out conpleteley as they had enough.

This has to be the most terrible CVS in the nation. The shelves are typically bare or have one or two of everything. The pharmacy. OMG. Rude. Drive through is never open. They lose prescriptions. Lazy. i was the only one in the drive through. Sat at the window while staff looked at me for about 7 minutes before acknowledging me. Didn't say hello, sorry for the wait. Nothing. Im done.

They always have a long line. The drive through is not open 95% of the time. The staff is rude and not helpful. The customer service is horrible. They don’t go above and beyond to help the customers with outages prices on medications. The medication never in stock.

THERE IS NOTHING GOOD I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS PHARMACY....I called my prescription in at noon and was told that it'll be ready at 7p...NOPE!!Because the drive-thru was broken, I had to go inside..wth...it was 14 people in line ahead of me!!It took 40 mins to get to the front just to be told NOPE, we don't have a prescription for u..again wth...Then I had to wait another 20 mins to get the prescription filled and wait another 7 mins in line again bc they didn't DARE TO CALL ME TO THE FRONTAgain, NEVER AGAIN..this store needs major training in customer service, support and appreciation!!GET IT TOGETHER but I won't be back EVER!!

This is the slowest. Why o why don't they have more than one person on rx pickup? And why don't they streamline the pickup to be just that. No questions about meds. You are texted when it's ready. Do better CVS

I will be xfrrng all of my prescriptions to Walgreens. I will retype my experience when I get my second wind... I left my post operative appt on 7/6/23 at appx 12:30, got to CVS one lady was in line I stood behind her but the pharmacy was telling her one of her meds were not covered by her insurance. She said I'll take it anyway, she turned and apologized to me as she could see my distress, I said NP I'll just sit at BP machine as she was wrapping up I got some OTC meds my Dr recommended cause the blood thinner, muscle relaxer and Tylenol 3 w/codeine was making me sluggish. When the clerk checked the little lady out she pulled the gate down and stated we go to lunch every day at at this time. The little lady came to my defense by saying she been here they didnt care. I've been with them close to 20 yrs. No more all of my prescriptions will be xfreed to walgreens

I had a project that was important to me and I really didn’t know how to do it. I went up to the store and China (sp?) with her amazing customer service, helped me for hours to get it done. Kimberly also started helping as soon as she came in. Both ladies were so impressive how they handled this very busy store, and still had me feeling I was just as important as their other customers. Their eagerness to help is so rare these days and not once did they make me feel like a burden. They knew their customers names and everyone was leaving happy.

Sooooo yea I gave this pharmacy 1 star! Terrible customer service. I can see why they only have 1.6 stars. I went to pick up my baby's meds at drive thru. The lady (her name on my receipt is annis) says "your insurance is terminated". Pay $$$... I say "Hold on, I just used my insurance this morning at Dr... " She continues to say nothing she can do. So I repeat the insurance card # again, and give it back to her.. she says TERMINATED. I said I'll call insurance and swing back around. I then pull aside and I call Insurance. They say everything is fine and it hasn't been ran through since this morning. I get BACK to the window tell her, my insurance is fine, she needs to run it again, she says" you, do u see this sign on the window, you have to come inside for bad insurance issues. I told her, it's not on my end, you ran it wrong.. she grabs the card again, takes her a good 5 minutes while I'm sitting there. she comes back with an attitude and says ... SIGN RECEIPT... I said, so everything was fine huh.. she say I don't know. I tell her, "respectfully ma'am, you shouldn't try to inconvenience customers and make them come in because of something that you did.. she just started at me until I drove off. CVS, y'all gotta do better

I have litterly been calling the Beltline Desoto location for 4 days trying to reach the pharmacy multiple times throughout the day for a percription on hold and the pharmacy picks up and place you back on hold for hours at a time.will not use this location anymore... horrible service

The pharmacy team is horrible. They act as though they didn’t apply for the job everyday! The service is just horrible for it be in Desoto. They provide better service on Cockrell Hill in Dallas, and they are busier.

Had an appointment scheduled, they called me an hr before to advice me to fill out paperwork. I called back to make sure they had sent the link and they were barely sending it over. I filled paperwork and submitted online when I arrived at clinic they asked for my id and insurance card when I had submitted on online portal, but they told me that needed a physical copy of insurance card and that they didn't have my online registration. Front desk girl was very helpful and was trying to do everything she could for me to get seen. They r/s my appt for Monday but I wasn't going to be able to get into the portal again to fill out paperwork till the following Friday. So a whole week and 3 after r/s not convenient at all. Girls in the back didn't seem like they wanted to deal with it so I just told the front girl to not r/s at all and don't plan on coming to this office.
