This Dollar Tree is clean and organized. The shelves are stocked and faced. I went there first, then went to the one in Cedar Hill, which was a horrendous mess, stuff on the floor, and lots of empty shelves. I'll go the couple extra minutes to go to the clean Dollar Tree.

I never have walked into a Dollar tree store where all the shelves were fully stocked with everything that you need and want this one has everything you have to check it out

This store closes earlier than whatās displayed multiple days out of the week. Corporate will be hearing from me . Itās currently 8:38pm and the store is closed. This is ridiculous

Letās start off with if your not a morning person please donāt except a morning job. Today on December 10th I arrived at Dollar tree at 8:00am, I went to open the door and it was locked, I waited while looking at the workers through the glass window. The worker looked at her phone at now 8:03am and came and unlocked the door, no greeting no nothing just an attitude, I as the customer spoke and still no response. I went shopping and found my items, I approached another worker and greeted her good morning, is the helium working( because we all know Dollar tree sucks on keeping helium) anyway so the worker said IDK, then proceeded to fiddle with the itemsā¦I asked ok who would know if itās helium available, she stated let me check, as she was checking I asked was everyone having a good day because everyone seems to be very grumpy, she said she was fine just under the weatherā¦. But needless to say having grumpy, rude workers and no helium is crazyā¦ Dollar Tree Desoto Texas please do betterā¦.

I do have photos but donāt know how to send them. A line of 8 people and I would have made 9. I cashier working. 3 people in office chit-chatting. When I walked up and asked them to open another line, they looked at me like I was crazy. November18 at 3:40.

Horrible the DT in Lancaster,Tx is ALWAYS BAAAAADDDD! from the front door to the back of the store! Trash outside of the store is overflowing, shipment all over the store, Halloween, Fall, Christmas everywhere!!! Shelves laying up against shopping area, incident waiting to happen,shopping carts with merch dont know if clearance and go backs. NEVER RECOVERED, long lines! There is definitely a staffing issue, and management is not a great fit!!!! Please pop up to this location it's not fair to the community to shop in hazardous conditions, rude staff, or have to drive to another location!!! For a pleasant experience. You're all losing money!
