Terrible customer service . Came here to buy 10 packs of cigar packages and the man up front decided that he’s the boss and he cannot sell those because it’s too many …. Never had an issue anywhere else as long as the money is provided but you guys seem different . Will take my business elsewhere .

Drink coolers are always hot ? not much value or sales, customer service not always good. I'd rather travel an extra mile or two for more variety and better service and better prices! This place is pure convenience! For themselves

This gas station is a giant headache!! The pumps won't let you insert ANY card. After being here dozens of times I've had to switch pumps in hopes I get one that will. Other customers will pull up and leave when they see that they can't pay at the pump. It's so annoying because the chevron across the street works every time but the prices always suck! Makes no sense at all. Just go to the Exxon on Hampton those always work.

I came to this EXXON on September 13, 2021 at 9:30pm. I pumped $40 worth of gas on “PUMP 8”. I paid at the pump. The pump did not give me a receipt. EVERYTIME I come to this EXXON it never prints out the receipt. I always have to go inside and get a receipt. That completely defeats the purpose of paying at the pump if I have to walk all the way inside to get a receipt. Also, the workers are EXTREMELY lazy. They just stroll around the store with no sense of urgency as if they could care less that as a customer I’m inconvenienced. I asked “4” different workers for a receipt and they said I had to wait 30 minutes because they were doing a shift change until 10:00 PM. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS, just to get a receipt, I have to wait 30 minutes. Who does that????!!!! A Caucasian lady came in about 10 minutes before 10:00 PM and I asked her. Why is there never received paper in those machines outside. Her response was, “I don’t know“. REALLY???!!! The manager needs to be informed and aware of how they are running the store because this is a mess and extremely unprofessional and time consuming.

Every time I come to this gas station they are closed no matter the time of day. Horrible service. I will be giving my business to the gas station across the freeway Gateway. Way better customer service. Do not go here.
