They are very quick to address you and get you set up for service! I got a pedicure during Labor Day and they were super busy but still very kind! The massage chair are the best part omg!

Walk in. I felt rushed to sit, pick a color and then they kept stopping and coming back. It doesn't seem like hygiene/cleanliness is a priority here.
I asked for short coffin, recieved short duck nails. When I asked him to at least taper it he refused. Nails are super thick, I've never hated my nails so much. Now I have to rush home to file them myself before my husband gets mad at me for paying for hideous work.
Total for gel manicure with tips, gel aloe vera pedicure was 95 and I absolutely hate the end result.

I am so disappointed in the manager right now because I have been going there for years, but I allowed my daughter to go without me this one time and they did clear gel on her nails and white gel on her toes which was an extra fee. Now she goes there all the time to and gets the same thing but since I wasn't there they did something extra that she didn't even ask for. She does normal polish every time. I dont like people taking advantage of young adults. She's never had a gel before so she didn't realize that's what they gave her. Its time for me to find another place cause I was very disappointed. Now if she would have said she asked for gel I would have been OK, but that is not what happened.

I went to get my face waxed for a photo shoot. These people burt my face. At, first my face was numb, two days later it felt like it was cracking.
They have the worst service. And no respect for blacks.

Linda is GREAT, she is very thorough with getting under the toe nails and the cuticles around. I struggle with really dry sidewalls and she works careful to get everything out. 10 out of 10, would recommend her.
Plan to spend a good hour and a half, they're almost always packed and super busy. I would call ahead to make an appointment, I'm never waiting long when I have an appointment.

This is my new spot. There were people already being taken care of so I had to wait but the staff was nice and offered me a drink and started my water for my pedicure. I got an aloe Vera pedicure. It was worth every penny. The lady that did my pedicure gave me a world class massage (I just ran a 8k so I needed it). The guy that did my nails was amazing. I got an acrylic overlay on my natural nail with gel on top. Everyone was fast but I didn't feel rushed.

Linda was amazing, will be coming back to this place again! She cleaned around the nail without being too rough and gave me an amazing massage. So happy my other place was close and got to try this new place. Also the music was soft and relaxing adding to the ambiance.

I went here twice. First time I went and got a manicure which turned out pretty good. I usually do my own acrylics, as I'm very particular, but she did a decent job. They have a set menu with prices out on the tables and on the wall which I appreciate a lot (some salons will not give them to you unless you ask so you don't know prices until the end and they can charge whatever they want). There were a few small bumps/uneven spots along my acrylics which isn't crazy unusual or a huge deal. They did however trim my cuticles WHICH IS NOT IN THEIR SCOOE OF PRACTICE!!! I personally do not mind this but it's actually ILLEGAL. Trimming any form of live skin is within the scope of a chirosurgeon or a podiatrist. The second time I went I got a pedicure and let me tell you...this lady earned every dollar of her tip. I believe I got the third highest pedicure package and she went way over the time it listed for the massage and hot rocks. (yes I timed it lol) A different salon I go to sets timers so you know you're getting the full time so I specifically time them if they don't. You're welcome lol. Anyways if you're not scared to get an infection from people going outside their scope of practice this is a nice salon. Everything was clean, the staff is all very friendly, and they do a good job with their services.
