We blew a tire on the way home and stopped by here hoping they might have tires to replace the blown one. They didn't but they tried to find a tire shop that did. It was later in the evening so everything else was closed, but Mike made sure the donut I was driving on, and the other tires, were fully aired up before sending us home. He was very nice and I appreciate how friendly the customer service here was.

I do not recommend Firestone for anything other than tires and minor maintenance such as oil changes.

Place is full of clowns. Scheduled a simple brake service with a fleet vehicle. Guy acts like I asked him to build a ship to get us all off the planet. Really screwed me now I have to find somewhere else to take it in so I DONT MISS WORK. Guy was incredibly rude. I Will be emailing throughout my company telling them to avoid Firestone when they have vehicle issues.

My trip to Firestone this morning was a very pleasant experience.
Michael Walton was my service manager. I had a few questions on what services my car really needed that had been recommended by my dealership and he answered and explained in a way that I understood. The sitting area was deserted except for me the whole time I was there, to my surprise. The service took only a little over a couple of hours. A very professional and quality service rendered on today. Thanks guys!

Customer service is the best. They helped me with my car and my mom’s car we were very happy. I will always come here from now on. No attitudes like other places and the workers know what they are doing.

I purchased the lifetime alignment a year ago. I scheduled a 8 am appointment and got a flat on the way to the appointment. I call them and tell them I'm gonna be late by 15mins. His reply is, now you can't get your car back until 5p or 6pm. Instead of first in first out. I reschedule the appointment and ask can I be first in first out, he said it would need to be a 8 am appointment and I would need to stay, I said no problem. Show up today at 730am for the 8am appointment and now I can't get out until 1030am because of other jobs. Sounds like if your not paying for a service u get moved around the ones that are being ripped off by this place. I would encourage you not to buy the lifetime warranty and go to another place.

Ashton was extremely helpful and understanding when it came to my car issues. Professional and just an overall nice guy to talk to about my car. He gave me multiple options to choose from and was just really down to earth about everything. 10/10!
