I've been a loyal customer at the Desoto location of Firestone Complete Auto Care for years now. The customer service has always been exceptional, with employees like Mike and Ashton making every visit pleasant. They've consistently provided excellent care for both my car and my wife's. However, I've noticed a recent issue with staffing shortages, leading to longer wait times for simple maintenance repairs. Repairs that used to take 1-2 hours, now may take all day. Despite this hiccup, I appreciate the overall quality of service and hope the staffing situation improves soon.

Michael, the managing partner, is phenomenal. Great customer service and superb personality. His tech, Joe, is AWESOME! He was able to identify my issue immediately. Wait time was a few hours, but it was well worth it. Short staff so I worked in the lobby. I had a great time experience.

Took my car in for diagnostic check on some things. Received recommendations for the repairs to my vehicle. I was able to come up with a plan for myself to budget for these repairs in the very near future, starting with the most immediate needs first.

These people are slow. An oil change took 4 hours. This place is ridiculous unless you have hours to waste, take my advice and Do NOT go here!!

I had an appointment for an oil change at 2 but when I arrived they said it would be a 3 hour wait. The counter worker was rude and nonchalant about the company's failure to provide service for the customers scheduled. Steer clear of this company.

We were on a road trip when our car started having issues. We stopped at Firestone and Joe and Michael took care of us. They diagnosed both issues and worked with us to figure out a plan. They ordered the parts, made the repair, and got us back on the road again. They were knowledgeable and their customer service was top notch. Both guys were super friendly and explained everything to us. So grateful for their help when we were far from home and in a jam.

Went to get a 100.00 alignment they came back with an estimate of 2,400.00 dollars to repair front end work that have just been replaced this year and four new tires. sad this why people will not go to these types of flag rate places rip offs

Left my truck there for 2 days and nothing was fixed or even called to tell me it was looked at and what the issues were. Paid $90 for them to have it for 2 days. Terrible service and do not recommend

Called Wednesday around 6 to see if I could bring car in for a flat. I have warranty on tires and was told to come in Thursday at 3pm for appointment. I was told car would be done at 7pm called around 6 to check status of vehicle , they said they didn’t even have tire in stock and probably would on Friday. My car has been sitting up there for hours and now has to stay overnight ? I could’ve checked around elsewhere if that was the case and should’ve been told that on Wednesday.
