This bank has the most rudest people on the face of the world that work at this location. When you go in to make a deposit they look at each other like who is going to do the job today. Customer services classes are very much needed for this location.

I came to withdrawal money from my account and I encountered the rudest bank teller ever. Her name is Laysha! If she is the only open teller run!! So rude and unpleasant.... she was on her phone scrolling and acted like i was bothering her bc she had to do her job. So of course i didnt get a 'Hello' or 'Welcome' or anything..So unprofessional i might just switch banks to be honest

I went to 1st Convenience with every intention of closing my account due to a horrible customer service experience via phone with the aforementioned. Kaydee Fofanah(Branch Manager) greeted me with a smile! Kaydee not only changed mind from closing the account, she fixed and resolved my issue in two days. It did not matter that it is a small amount that is kept in this account. She treated me as if I millions of dollars in the account. Kudos to Kaydee! You truly exemplify what customer service should be about!! I truly thank you.

First Convenience Bank is the worse bank! We called them on 10/18/21 to place a stop payment. They advised us we had to wait until the payment showed as pending. We called back 10/20/21 for the stop payment and we were told it would be processed for a one-time charge of $35. They charged the checking account for the $35. We waited 4 business days to see the refund of $300 and nothing. We called them back on 10/26/21 and Quentin, a Supervisor, said their reps gave incorrect information and we had to have called 3 days in advance for a stop payment. That is unacceptable. Pull the calls to see what your company told me on 2 different dates. I was told a Manager by the name of Walter Shed would call me back and I have to receive a callback or the refund. This bank is a scam and the employees do not care! Your mistake and my account drafted $335 that you will not return. If I could give a 0 rating I would!

The workers here act as if you are bothering them. They are slowcand uncaring. This use to be my favorite bank made you feel great. Now i know when i getvhere the experience won't be a good one. Need better management.
