worst branch of this bank ever!!!!! Lazy staff, nothing ever works , and no customer service at all. Maybe better management will get this location up to par. It’s sad when you can go to other locations and everything works but it’s just this branch that nothing ever works. Don’t waste your time, go to the Walmart across the street where they are more than happy to take care of you. This location puts a bad name on this bank.

I went into Krogers and as I walked by Jackie and Alex both approached me and asked if I was going to the bank. I told them I was but was going to the ATM. They said okay but let us know if you need anything. I truly appreciate their genuine and kind nature. Mist of the time we are always quick to write a review with a bad experience but I wanted to share this awesome and pleasure experience that I received from these great two employees. Wayvto go Alex and Jackie. Keep up the good work.

If you have to wait in line like you are at a concert and it 4 tellers stand there.It's something serious wrong with pictureThey don't even greet their customers.I been banking here for years it has not always been this unprofessional.The locations are so polite and helpful.The trainee was more polite than the one training him. But this behavior begins at management..This world is a mess no its the ppl in it ..

This place is Horrible! The staff members are unprofessional and inattentive. Multiple staff members up front and none acknowledge the long line of customers waiting to be helped.

Bank is evil.. wouldn’t open a account for me and said the bank ending a “banking relationship “ with me unknown reasons I haven’t did anything wrong I I close my last account with them a year ago with a zero balance never been late or had any overdrafts. The bank wouldn’t tell me why .. I called customer service and they had no idea and no history of me banking with them before ..won’t be coming back to this location . The location is too ghetto

They always block your transactions for dumb reasons. Don't check with you first like the other banks do. No alert. No call. Just inconvenience to you and no way for you to access what is supposed to be your money. It's awful.

Three times my sons account has had fraudulent activities once through Zelle and he do not have a Zelle account set up over $1,500.00 was taken out of his account and no one from Fraud caught the suspicions activity he was checking his balance he contacted the bank they gave him a hard time. While he was on the phone with the bank to have a new card mailed out someone took money from his account with the new card number so the bank change the card number again and remove access to online banking and will not allow my son online access. Then the bank put the money back and came back and took $350.00 stating they put to much back which is not true he still have not received that money. Then a 2nd time through ZELLE money was fraudulent stolen no access to online and no notification from the Fraud department still have not received all his money back. Now a 3rd fraudulent charges through cash app over 200 cash app withdrawals on the same day and no notification from the Fraud department and was told they do not have a lobby area where he can come and speak with someone and they have charged all these overdraft fees..This bank do not care about their customers.

I hate this bank. I wish I never took "advantage" of the $1 sign up cause this ENTIRE 1+YR them has been so disatisfying
