This is the 3rd time I've purchased merchandise from this store. Each time they are more amazing and accommodating. He stayed late to assist me. The quality of the products are upholding. The delivery is great. Very pleased once again!

Delivery was to be between 2p-4p. They don’t answer the phone so I went there at 4:15 pm and was told the delivery drivers were running behind but my furniture would be delivered in the next 15-20 minutes. It’s 5:36 pm & I’m still waiting, no call or anything. Poor customer service, no air conditioning but they surely took my $1600 with no problems! They will NEVER get my business again & will be telling others NOT to shop there!

I had an issue with my delivery from Ashley online, so I ended up canceling my order today. As I was searching for a place that had couches I came across this business. First off, they are within 15 minutes from me! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. Come to find out they had the same set I had ordered from Ashley in the warehouse and ready to be taken home same day! The whole process with this business was a breeze! The guys helped load my truck and strap it down for me! I will definitely be back to buy more furniture in the future. Thank you for making sure I was taken care of. -Zoe

Hey to be the one that say. It's been nothing from the reviews I'm reading. They want answer the phone and here I am without the merchandise they promise to diver 2 and a half hour ago. At least have the decency to pick up the phone and give an update, I realize things happens but inform me so I can prepare for the situation at hand.
