This was my first time visiting the Fuzzy's in Desoto. I usually go to the location in Red Oak, but seeing that they recently closed down I gave this location a shot. WELL WORTH MY TIME AND MONEY!! Ladonna's customer service was impeccable. She recommended items on the menu that I have never tried and now I have a new favorite...the Baja Fish Taco is AMAZING! Light battered and crispy. 10/10 experience. Thank you.Vegetarian options: N/AWheelchair accessibility: N/A

Here in Desoto/Hutchins on an extended business stay. 3rd time here at this Fuzzy's, first two times for Breakfast and it was good. On this 3rd time the kitchen got my order wrong so I approached them, since that is where I get my food, not like they have servers or something. Tried to explain and the grumpy older Mexican "chef" straight-up yelled at me. "GO TALK TO THE LADY (pointing to the cash register), HE ALREADY TOLD YOU THAT!!" I was in a pretty good mood, decided to skip shouting back at him. Will not be back to this location.

The GM told me I could not use a gift card on alcohol. I had to tell her that that doesn’t sound correct because it’s basically cash. She then brings the promo card for 5 dollars and continues to read it to me showing me where it says you can not use the promo card on alcohol. 1 the promo card was not good until Jan 1st and I wasn’t trying to use it. After that long exchange, she charged my card incorrectly, once I noticed and got her to correct it, I looked over my bill and the bartender charged me for a kitchen mistake, over charged for 2 drinks. She had to correct the ticket again. Overall this location has a very nice set up but very silly workers. Zona across the street is a better experience overall.

I have no words!!!! I paid 30 something dollars for 6 tacos and 2 fountain drinks to get a bed of lettuce, tomatoes and cheese and a tiny piece of overcooked fish… Fuzzy’s has always been my go to but this was down right ridiculous! At least the young lady behind the counter did get us some extra fish to put on the tacos..Got to do better, definitely will not be coming back… if it wasn’t for my daughters being hungry I would have got my money back!!!!

The enchiladas and fuzzy rice were excellent! Everything was freshly cooked. Unfortunately the lime rice was not done, undercooked and hard. Please hire more help to ensure that the phone is answered, and takeout actually receives their order. Hats off to the few employees that were present.Parking: Online orders are directed to park in the rear, and then call. The phone number was not posted. After locating the number in my phone, no one answered. I walked to the outside window, but the 1 cashier was not skilled enough to address the customers inside, pour drinks, take orders, check online and carryout orders. Ultimately, I had to go inside and wait. My order was ready before the listed time.
