The young woman who runs this location is awesome. She makes having a unit there easy, as long as you communicate with her you should have no problems.

I have been with this Storage place for years. The place is nice and clean. I always see the staff clean the property. I have never had any issues with this company The front office manager is so nice and polite and courteous. She always wants to help. I recommend this storage facility to everybody that I know who wants storage rooms. I have four Storage on this property, they are the storage places in Desoto.

Absolutely love this place! I love the convenience and the location. The price isn't bad either. The service here is excellent. I absolutely love Sherry. She's the best and she has a great personality. I'm always making her laugh but most of all she has the best attitude. I've been inside and I've called over the phone and when there's a customer, her customer service has been nothing less than perfect. Wish there were people like her at every establishment. She's definitely a keeper!

I've been a customer for years. I've always received excellent service. I had a roof leak in one of my storage units. Their handyman took care of it right away so that my goods didn't suffer any water damage. I always get notifications for payment in a timely manner. I really appreciate the discount of a free month when I pay 6 months in advance. Sherry is a sweetheart and always takes care of any billing issues promptly and to my satisfaction.

Convenient location, just less than a quarter mile from me and my storage fee is quite reasonable.

If I could give a zero star I would…They stole my things out of my storage and I reach out to the owner never heard back from them….and no this wasn’t a outside job this was a inside job because whoever it was took their time to go through my stuff and they put their lock on…….

The ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!!!! Do NOT Waste your money going here they don’t let you get access to your storage unti odd times. There is only 1 person on the entire staff and you can not pay online at all. You have to come to the facility every month. They cleared out my storage unit with out contacting me at all.

Do not go to this storage place. Donna Miller(the manager) ripped off my grandma and then when we fought it Donna gave a notice of termination for no reason. Then a month later we received a notice of termination for no reason. Donna made a mistake and instead of taking responsibility for it she is trying to get rid of us. PLEASE people stay away... if I could give a zero star I would.

Watch out!! Fell on hard times, yet kept on touch. They cut my locks and went thru me w/out notifying me. They DID have the courtesy to go back and put on one of their nasty 😠red locks. I saw a few of their nasty red 😷 ones while I was there. Shady ... Shady ...
