Dropped a car off that had a very strong mildew smell coming from the carpet. Mr. Otis was able to rid the smell completely when no one else could. He even took the seats and the carpet out to inspect and deal with the problem. Car smells and looks brand new now. I wish I had good before pictures to show just how great of a job Otis did on my interior detail. He cleaned my seats so well that they’re back to their original color (I forgot that my seats are actually black, not dark grey ?). He was personable and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. You can tell that he loves what he does and he’s a pro at it. Don’t look any further—this is the detail spot you need to visit.

I had tried to cover up a scuff mark on my truck with some stuff I got but i guess I didn’t do it right and in the sun you could definitely see the streak marks and I couldn’t find anything to bring back the shine but I took my truck to Otis and he wet sanded and polished it to bring back that beautiful shine. Couldn’t thank him enough for the job well done as well as teaching me exactly what he was doing so if I take my truck anywhere else I won’t get ripped off. Definitely loved the great conversation as well. As well as great affordable pricing as well.

Mister ottis did an amazing! I had stains all over the headliner and i was worried he wouldn't get them out! But boy it looks like it did when we first got it !! #headliner

I needed my engine area cleaned off. I had some power steering fluid that got everywhere so it was a burning smell when I would be driving. I took it to IWillDetail and Otis got everything cleaned up. Now my engine looks new and doesn't smell anymore! Thanks Otis!

Otis did a beautiful job on my Corolla. The front driver's seat was incredibly muddy, and the whole car ended up looking like it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. Ive been using iwilldetail for about 9 years. These guys are super good. they take their time with my cars and results shows every time. It's not a car wash, it's a real deal detail shop. I mean they clean places other Detailer’s would overlook. Like under dash, vent shafts, the railing that holds the seats. They’ll shine them up like new. Five star service ***** that I highly recommend.
