Very surprised at these pair of men. They moved slow and took 7 hours to move a 2 bedroom home. I didn't even ask them to move any large appliances. They were flirting with my sister and asked for her number.When I tried scheduling at first they booked me for the wrong day. After seeing the damage to my stuff I highly regret using them.

TTerrible Moving Experience - Do Not Use This Company!I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with this moving company, and I feel compelled to share my ordeal to prevent others from making the same mistake.Unprofessional Behavior: Within just 20 minutes of the movers showing up, one of them had the audacity to ask for a good review and even hinted at expecting a tip. I've used movers eight times before, and I've never encountered such behavior. It was a bad sign right from the start.Lack of Care for Belongings: They promised to wrap my furniture in blankets for protection, but they failed to do so. As a result, four pieces of my bedroom furniture were scratched during the move. Even worse, my box spring, which we had wrapped in plastic ourselves, was clearly dragged across the ground, causing it to rip open and now needing replacement.Unnecessary Delays: To make matters worse, during the move to my second location, it was evident that they made an unscheduled stop to get food. This only added to the overall move time, which was already frustratingly slow.Poor Customer Service: When I called to report these issues and express my dissatisfaction to "Justin," his representative took down my concerns and promised that Justin would call me back. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for that call, which only further highlights their lack of professionalism and accountability.If, like me, you rely on reviews to make informed decisions about choosing a moving company, please heed this warning: GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE! This company's disregard for your belongings and unprofessional behavior make them an unacceptable choice for any move

This company moved me yesterday. As I am unpacking I am missing items. When calling to speak with someone today my calls are going straight to voicemail. I will never use this company ever again. No telling what else is missing that I am not aware of since I’m still unpacking.

Worst experience ever! I booked this company several weeks ago for a move. They were supposed to arrive at 10:00 AM (I have an email confirming the date/time from a few days ago). At 10:15 I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called to check on their status. The receptionist said “Didn’t anyone call you? We have a problem and can’t make it.” Apparently two out of three workers never showed up. She said she was trying to get some guys to come in. Told me she would call me back. Here I am 3 hours later with no call back and no movers!! Who does that??? Moving is stressful enough without having the movers no show!!!

We paid $400 for them to move my three bedroom living room kitchen apartment into a storage unit.After almost 2 months I was finally able to go visit the storage unit I need to get some things out of there when I opened up the storage unit at first it looked super on organized everything was stacked up in the front so you couldn’t really see past the first layer. After unpacking I realize that so much of my property was damaged all of my daughters pretend play toys were damaged they were pieces of broken wood all over the floor in the storage unit.Boxes were set on top of $1000 snowboardAnd a List can literally go on and on.When I reached out to the company it took them over a week to get back. They said that basically because my husband had not been there to supervise them the entire time and that because we taped them before the job was finished but they couldn’t take responsibility.They also said that they will pay up to $.60 per pound of the damage if I can provide pictures of everything that was damaged. (which would literally take me crawling into the storage unit pulling every single piece of furniture out taking a picture of every single thing and then organizing it all back in my storage unit which is funny because that’s the entire reason we paid a moving company.)He then went on to say that he contacted the storage unit and because in the following week after movers finished my husband came to the storage unit on three different occasions to drop off a couple of more things that they weren’t sure if we’ve tampered with the storage unit.I wrote them back an extremely emotional email explaining that at the very least it would be great if they could meet me out at the storage unit to see with their own eyes the chaos going in there.And I still have yet to receive an answer.

They just moved my 90 year old mother to her new home from Duncanville to Rockwall and did an amazing job. The crew (Cey, Orvelle and Vince) were fantastic, professional and FUN!!! By the end of the day I felt like I had three new friends...more like three new family members!!They took great care of all my mom's belongings and worked hard and fast. They didn't waste their time on the clock.Price was worth every penny and I will use them again if the need ever arises!!Thanks guys and many blessings your way!!Capn' Kirk
