PLEASE READ THE PICS MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE IS ON THE PICS ITS TO LONG TO PUT IN A REVIEW SO I SCREENSHOT MY ENTIRE PARAGRAPH. I worked here for 7 years and throughout my time here I have seen all good supervisors for 2a packing. Now the rating I'm giving is based off how I felt 2a shift went down the drain and how it was currently when I chose enough was enough. I was on vacation and I came back in late January 2024 to find out our great supervisor had moved shifts due to the HORRENDOUS NEW OM I BELIEVE HIS NAME IS RANDY OR RANDAL. Alot of good supervisors left kohls/2A shift because of the new OM and I see why. All my years I never had a petty power hungry OM. How dare kohls allow employees with seniority to be ran off and bullied my a newbie OM and new management...

For their orientation and job placement, then you better communication skills. Prior to your orientation date, they do wonderful communication. They will text, email, and even call. What they won't say is they change your shift that you will be working, you will not find that out until you get to the orientation and you've already wasted gas and time only to see that it is not the shift that you signed up for. Where was all the communication for "we change your shift without you knowing" when you needed it?

very unprofessional warehouse , mangers and supervisors are also unprofessional. Employees smoke and fight on property.
