In my strongest opinion and bad experience dealing with the lady in this store! I went to return a phone because it was not working probably. [Per Customer Svc she did not provide me the return policy before I purchased the phone from the start!] It was Customer Service that advice me I could get a refund, this girl displayed rudeness, was short and nasty attitude, over talked me all because I wanted to return a damage phone. She was mad because I had purchased a better phone from another MetroPCs. These franchisees are a mess. So I just left the store NEVER to return to this Belt Line @ Cockrell Hill...

1-4-21 before 2pm The Tech Bryan METRO PCS on Cockrell Hill and Beltline Rd in Desoto next to Doughnut shop/ Subway was very pleasant, professional, helpful, understanding of his job and explained everything I needed to know. walked in to the metro and Store manager Jonny and his employee Alex walked all the way to the door to greet us and gave us excellent service from learning what phone would best fit our needs to helping us out Pick out phone casesthey were so helpful and so attentive with what me and my wife would ask for he hooked us up with 2 cases and this will be the store I'll keep coming back to Great Great service ....ðŸ‘ðŸ¿ðŸ‘ðŸ¿
